He didn't know how to submit an invoice so he was taught. His check was mailed on a Friday and was come Monday he was already upset that he hadn't received it. Constantly text complaining. His customer service needs to improve. When dealing with an individual home owner yes funds can be paid upfront but when dealing with a company he needs to either pass or understand that companies have procedures for record keeping. Who has control over the postal service, noone can guarantee of delivery of mail? Very unprofessional to be text as he was. He has no patience! I won't use him anymore. Unprofessional when he doesn't get it his way and has the mentality that everyone is going to rob him over and not pay him.

Called him for estimate. He was there same day. I accepted the estimate and he came back the next day. He finished within 5 hours. Juan seems to understand English well. He cleaned up really well after the work was done. I will be calling him again for more work.

Juan did many repairs on my personal home. We were getting the house ready to sell. He painted allot of the interior and all the exterior trim. I might add that part of the trim was on an extremely steep roof because of the pitch of our two story home. He did this at a great price. He painted doorways, put new ceramic tile in my bathrooms, installed new shower doors, etc. He was not only reasonable, but extremely reliable and at a reasonable cost. I have since used him to do repairs on several of my rental homes. He has done roof repairs, drywall and sheetrock, etc. He is now doing repairs on my office. He does a terrific job. Use him. You will not be dissapointed.

He only spoke Spanish but his daughter spoke English very well. She was able to translate for him. His work is really good. He was in and out in about an hour or two. I would definitely use him again.

He came out the same day I called him and gave us the quote. Due to financial issues we have not been able to get that done. He was timely, very helpful and made suggestions like asking whether we had thought about doing tile in a certain area or paint in a certain area that we had not thought about. We would definitely use him and I have his card and phone number in a drawer so we can call him when we are ready to do that. He really educated us and said that he would even meet us at a local home improvement store to show us what products were good and those that did not work. He would show what would be good if we wanted to go with tile, including the brands and the types that would be suitable for our use. I can't say enough good things about him. His price sounded fair to me.

He was easy to work with, polite, gave me some ideas I had not thought about. I will recommend and use him again.

Juan did an excellent job. That is saying a lot since I am a very picky person. He came to my home and gave me a quote on what he would charge to do the job. When he hung the cabinets he made sure all the cabinets were hung level. The cabinets are well secured to the walls. Juan made sure he mounted them to studding. He adjusted the doors so they closed properly. He showed up on time and was very professional. I will definietly use him again.

He does beautiful work. He can do floors, counters, bathrooms, etc. I like how he always does the job the right way. The man has really high integrity and he has done an excellent job for us. I also feel the price is very reasonable and he puts a lot of work into it for the price I pay him.
