 + 2 moreHe proceeded to clean the hot wire because it was corroded with rust. I'm sure a any other technician would have took the easy way and just start to order electrical parts that would have been costly. He saved me so much money and trouble and had the repair done in a matter of minutes. He was very honest and professional and would recommend him to all looking for any type of repairs.
Description of Work: My almost new dishwasher (my warranty has just expired by a couple of months!) was malfunctioning and Mike did not try to guess. He did a thorough check and determined that I wasn't getting the right voltage to the machine.
