+ -1 moreMr Burden is completely knowledgeable, professional, and very nice. He explains all steps of what he's doing and why. He doesn't charge for time he has to go and get parts and materials, and is a quick but thorough and careful plumber.
Description of Work: Installed new water heater, complete with new feed lines, vent tubing (even through roof), and drain line through brick wall to home exterior

Description of Work: This firm was recommended for the work I needed done. The first time I called I spoke to a lady. She said she would relay my message and have "him" return my call. The next day I called in the morning and got no answer. I called again about an hour later and spoke to the lady again. She said she was a little late coming in. I asked her if she had relayed my previous message. She said yes, but she didn't know when "he" would be returning my call. I asked if she could contact him and find out. She said no, not while he was working, but that she would talk to him about my call when he came into the office, IF he came in before she left at 1:00. She had to leave early. She said she would leave my message for him again if she didn't talk to him. That was on a Friday. I did not hear from either of them. On Monday morning I called. I spoke with the lady again. "He" was on a call. She had no idea whether he had gotten my message and/or if he planned to return my call. I told her a |I just wanted a return call to see if he was interested in the job. She told me I should do whatever I needed to do. I'm not sure what that meant. I can only assume that this company either has too much work, or somehow selectively chooses their jobs. Whatever the case, as I said, they were recommended, so I was disappointed that I could not get a professional to return my call. At the least they could have said they were too busy to take on any more work.

+ -1 moreOur water heater had gone out after some 20 years. It is an odd size one, but Rod worked hard to find an exact replacement (he did). Also at the same time, a city water line was run down our street so we asked him about the cost to have the line run to the house etc. He gave a reasonable price so we went with it. Rod did a great job. He's professional, friendly, and honest. He checked everything completely and we will always got to this company first.
