Unlike most companies that retrofit the windows inside an existing opening, we install the window as if it were built with the original home construction. The windows attach to the frame and seal securely without counting on a thin caulk line to perform beyond its designed limitations. The window looks and performs far better than any other installed unit on the market. Just because every builder buys from Home Depot does not mean every builder builds the same quality. The only issue we had recently was one of the inside security tabs broke. They sent someone within a week. Very nice person. I was caught in traffic and he waited 10 minutes for me to get home. He replaced the security tab in under 30 seconds. Asked if we were happy with the windows, told him we were. They don't give the energy savings they claim, but the house stays a more comfortable temperature and the outside noises were diminished dramatically."
