After requesting a quote yesterday afternoon, Austin Lawn Services texted me within a half hour and was able to come out the same evening. The work was quick and very well done, and the total cost was less than the maximum they quoted by text. I was able to pay electronically for an entirely contact-free service. I highly recommend.

Requested quote on Monday. He responded quickly, and asked for pictures of the yard which I quickly provided. He gave me a price. I agreed, and he said he would be here on Friday. Late in the day Friday He sent an email saying he got delayed, and he would be here in the morning. At noon I sent an email asking if he was coming. He responded that there had been some rain, and if he didn’t make it that day he would come a Sunday morning. I responded that I really needed him to come that day, as we had now waited for him for two days, and would not be home on Sunday. He sent an email saying “ noted”! Never showed up,. Wasted a lot of our time! I was a potential long term, prompt paying, Christmas bonus kind of customer. Obviously I would not recommend!

He did a great job. I’ve requested that he take care of my yard on a bi-weekly basis. Very professional, efficient. Was done in no time.
