Description of Work: I did not know exactly what was causing the water to puddle in the garage at the base of the air conditioning unit, although I knew there was a blockage somewhere. Adding bleach to the condenser pan got rid of the leak for a while. The company was kind enough to schedule an appointment after I got home from work. The tech determined that the problem was the sump pump used to pump the AC condensate into the drain. He took it out and tested it. It still worked but had gotten clogged up. He cleaned and reinstalled it. In less than 1/2 hour it was repaired, and I knew a lot more about my AC than before. Homeowners/renters -- do not ignore AC leaks! The sheetrock repairs, even though "just" in the garage, cost three times the AC repair. I chose this company because they are just a few blocks from my home in Deer Park. They do not have a fancy ad in the yellow pages but they obviously know their stuff.

 + -1 moreTHEY CAME WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD AND GOT THE SYSTEM UP AND RUNNING WELL. THE TECH WAS FRIENDLY, EFFIECIENT, AND PROFESSIONAL.
