+ -1 moreMy husband accompanied Mr. Piatt outside where he conducted a thorough examination of our fuse box and other exterior electrical connections. He was very quick to determine that the source of our outage was due to either water soaked, underground wiring or the transformer. Final diagnosis of our electrical problem would lie in the hands of CenterPoint Energy, and Mr. Piatt contacted them for us before leaving our home. CenterPoint Energy arrived about an hour later, diagnosed a problem with our transformer, and proceeded to complete the repair. Mr. Piatt presented himself as extremely knowledgeable and professional. Although we do not require repair of our underground wiring, we will have NRG return to replace four ceiling fans in our home. Outstanding service!!!
Description of Work: Assessment of electrical outage to ¾ of home. NRG (Steve Piatt) quickly determined our outage was due to either water soaked, underground wiring or the transformer. Mr. Piatt contacted CenterPoint Energy for us before leaving. We were simply charged for the service call.
