Image Roofing put a roof on for me approximately 10 months ago. In that time, I have had to contact them on two separate occasions. The first time I noticed one of the vents was not rotating and the second time was about a leak on a vent and additionally a small section of shingles, approx 16 inches by 6 inches, that had come off in a storm. For the vent not rotating, I had to contact him twice to get it fixed after I was told someone would be out that week. When I first contacted Shayne about the other two issues he said he would be out within a week again. Two weeks went by and never reached out to me. I reach out to him and he apologized, said he had been doing "training" in Dallas and came out later that day. I'm not sold on the leak fix, but he said he would be back for the section of shingles that blown off. He never contacted me back. Shayne comes off as a very nice and apologetic individual, but twice he has "forgotten" to follow through with what he has told me. I think if you have no issues with your roof, this company will leave a good impression, but if they need to fix anything, good luck. I find this an unacceptable characteristic for the owner of a company. I cannot recommend this company.

Image used fiberglass shingles for the new roof. The warranty is thirty years, which is pretty good for this area with all the storms we have. The job took two days to complete. It was done extremely well, and the refuse was cleaned up. There were problems because Hurricane Rita hit during the job. Everything turned out great in the end though. The entire work force was very polite and understanding.

WORK WAS VERY GOOD WITH A REASONABLE PRICE, BUT THE COMPANY WAS ALWAYS LATE AND DIDN'T RETURN PHONE CALLS. A 3 DAY JOB TOOK 2 WEEKS.

THEIR WORK WAS GOOD AND AT A REASONABLE PRICE. THE COMPANY WAS NEVER ON TIME AND NEVER RETURNED MY PHONE CALLS.
