Description of Work: I was unable to start the lawn mower because the pull cord could not be pulled. The mower was several years old and had never been repaired or serviced. The owner told me he rebuilt the carberater, sharpened the blades, flushed out the lines, checked and replaced the spark plugs, cleaned the filter, etc.. My mower works and looks like a dream now. The owner was very pleasant and took the time to explain everything to me. I have no idea what this kind of repair would cost elsewhere, but I thought $92 was well worth it.

 + -1 moreThe dealer told me up front that he would have to order the parts and that was ok. They fixed the unit and was called when it was ready.
Description of Work: Had a bad gas tank on my edger. Dealer had to order the parts that took a couple of days and he told me up front and that was ok. Had the tank replaced as well as ordered 2 extra blades. The dealer repaired the edger as promised and power washed it as well making it look and work like brand new. I will be back.

They told me when I gave my piece of equipment that how long it was going to take to fix it and they called me up and told me that it would cost a certain amount to repair the equipment so they told me so that I knew what the cost was.

 + -1 moreI WENT TO THEM AND ASKED FOR A PART. INSTEAD OF JUST SELLING ME THE PART THEY INQUIRED AS TO THE PROBLEM AND TOLD ME OF THE TRUE PROBLEM. I DIDN'T LISTEN AND REPLACED THE PRIMING PUMP ON MY OWN, THEN WHEN IT DIDN'T WORK I TOOK IT TO THEM TO CLEAN THE CARBURETOR. THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND OBVIOUSLY KNOWLEDGEABLE.
