Description of Work: The person who called me from this company was very professional and prompt to call me back after leaving a voice message. He asked me to describe the problem in detail and then suggested I probably needed to get a phone-computer cord to connect my phone line and my DSL line connection, rather than just a regular phone line cord. That was the solution to our not being able to connect to the internet, and this company did not charge me anything. I would highly recommend this company to call if you have computer problems. This employee would have come out, but he asked me to try this suggestion first. I highly recommend this company.

 + -1 moreTHEY CAME AND PICKED UP THE COMPUTER, FIXED IT UP AND HAD IT BACK ON TIME. THEY SET IT UP, AND I'VE HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH IT. THEY EVEN TOOK THE TIME TO TEACH ME HOW TO DO SOME THINGS ON IT.
Description of Work: TOOK AN OLD 486 AND UPGRADED AND REPAIRED IT TO A FAST MODERN COMPUTER.
