Description of Work: Jason from Allied came and inspected our home. He informed us that foundation repair was not needed in our application. The home had minor settling from the drought. He explained the conditions that we were experiencing. He was very honest and recommended a few things to improve our situation. | |I would definitely call them in the future if we were to have any real foundation issues.

Description of Work: I used Allied Foundation to repair the foundation on my parents home. The entire outside perimeter was sinking. They showed up with two trucks and a dozen crew members. They didn't waste anytime and they had the job completed in about 6 hours. They guarantee their work with a lifetime warranty which means wonders to me in regards to making sure my parents have less to worry about in the future.

Description of Work: Allied Foundation Specialists Inc. installed 16 piers. They had to break out 4. They broke through the walkway to the back door in 4 different places. It was separating on the side door where the garage is at and they did a re-mortar. They used a white cement and my sidewalk, which was the wrong color and stated that it would blend and it did not. They also used some very cheap cement that was almost powdery. They came back and dug up those places again so that the house would not start cracking. They broke through to reset some of the piers. The first job was not done sufficiently. Everything is now chipping and cracking and has big dips. The tile in the living room has a massive crack by the fireplace (about 12 feet of broken tile).

Description of Work: Cost of service really unknown. I called to get someone to give me an estimate to repair damage to foundation at corner of the house. Apparently not a big enough job, because they chose to not send someone out unless I had hanging doors or other evidence of severe foundation problems, and suggested that I call an "Engineer" to come look at my problem. Previously a plumber who repair a water main burst at that corner told me that the house was settling there and thats what caused the break.

Description of Work: Showed up as scheduled and completed the work to our satisfaction. We were asked if they could put the excess dirt in our backyard and we agreed. What we were not told was the dirt was mixed with lots of little rocks which could be harmful to our lawnmower. Besides the rocks we thought they could have done a better job of cleaning up after completing the foundation work. They did what we expected and fixed the foundation problems for a reasonable price. We would recommend Allied Foundation Specialists.

Description of Work: My father, Thomas, recently had foundation repair done using Allied foundation. On the day of appointment Mr Nelson and crew came and set 17 piers along the left and front side of the house. They took their time to do the job properly. The foundation was bought back to the originally level. We're very satisfied with their service and will be recommending the company to our family and friends.
