Description of Work: Added concrete piers to support foundation around entire house. Took a couple of days. Did a good job replacing plants and soil. Came back and repaired the main line when a leak appeared about 7 days after the job was completed. Since they had a special on the $/pier we decided to do the entire foundation perimeter.

Description of Work: It's way too soon for a definitive review on foundation work. All I can say is that they came when they said they would and they did the work they promised for the price they quoted and they stand behind their work. Pending future developments, I am very satisfied with the work they did.

Description of Work: Came out and leveled house ($9,000) in one and half days. Pulled plumbing loose underneath foundation and flooding ruined our hardwood floors - said they would provide labor only after bringing them out and showing them the damage and what they had done - not inspecting plumbing after the raising (on blocks) was completed. Repair costs will exceed their bill. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THEIR SERVICE.

Description of Work: Had re-leveling of the entire house. Crew was polite and responsive. I did have a minor miscommunication about when the crew would arrive and they showed up an hour later then I thought they would be but once they did get there it all went very well.

Description of Work: Installed piers around house to repair foundation and performed a plumbing inspection. They arrived on time and performed the work in less time than expected. I did experiece cracks and some shifting inside the house but I think that is a normal consequence after foundation repair. Also, the dirt around the foundation sinks and has to be refilled a couple of times but I think that is also normal. Unfortunately, they did not give any Angies list discount.

Description of Work: I was pleased with the look of the finished product, but less than 6 months after the work was done, there are cracks. The cracks are getting bigger and uglier and I've had no luck in getting any help or a resolution from Allied or Houston Concrete (they did the actual work).

+ 2 moreI chose them because they had the lowest estimate out of the three companies I looked into. The job turned out quite well. My home is completely level and not sinking in anywhere. They did a great job for us and I would tell others about them with no problem.
Description of Work: I had my 2,000 square foot home house leveled by Allied Foundation Specialists. They placed concrete piers under the foundation and they raised it until our house was level again.

+ -1 moreThis company was the only ones we found that offered a lifetime warranty on their work. They had excellent prices for their work. We were treated very good by everyone we met. They showed up right on time every time they were scheduled to come out.
Description of Work: Allied had to dig under the cement slab my house sits on to add a total of 11 new cement pillars underneath our home to help with the stabilization. They also poured new cement to fill in some spots on the cement slab under our home.

+ -1 moreI guess they did an okay job, but, I am still not very happy at all. When they put back the shrubbery, some of it had died because they used this gumble dirt to pack it in instead of the brand new dirt I had for them to use. The new dirt was put back to fill some holes and I was very upset about that. I just do not understand their system. They were pounding dirt in with shovels and some kind of machine that made my house shake like you wouldn't believe. They just made everything worse in the end. Yes the house is leveled, but, my shrubbery is half dead now.
Description of Work: Allied leveled my two story, home. My home consists of four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, dining room, kitchen, breakfast room, utility room and a three car garage.

+ -1 moreThe workers were very friendly and made sure to complete the work in a great amount of time. I was very impressed and I would defiantly recommend them to my friends and family. The price was very reasonable, because when we looked into other companies, this was definitely the lowest. I was pleased with the service.
Description of Work: We have a three bedroom home that needed to have some foundation work done. I am not sure of the square footage of the work that had to be done but it was done in the back of the house under an addition that was done in the 1970's. I know that they put some new piers in it and that's about it.

He referred me to another company, Uretek, because the work they do is better suited for homes built on slabs. He called to let me know he would be late, and then explained how everything would be done -- including replacing pipes if necessary.
