ALL AMERICAN ROOFS

Otis Riggs went to the home and looked at the roof and called me back within an hour. He told me that in his opinion the roof was in good shape and didn't need to be replaced. He also said that if a new roof was a condition of sale that he would get it on before closing. I really appreciated his help and honesty and in the event that I do need a new roof, either on the home for sale or the home that I live in I will certainly call him.

The townhome we purchased was built with a flat roof over the back portion of the house. This is less than ideal and in short order it began to leak. The roof had held quite a bit of water and that weight had placed increased load on the roof rafters and they had begun to sag, allowing more water to stand on the roof and causing a leak. Otis at All American Roofs could not have been more helpful in explaining the situation and providing an honest and fair opinion as to what did and did not need to be repaired/rebuilt. Otis and his team rebuilt the back roof at a slope to allow water to shed and engineered and installed a new beam in the space created by the slope to remove the sag and ensure the roof was more than stout enough to handle the load and span in the future. I am a perfectionist that is often leery of hiring out work because I never feel the job was done quite right or that I got value for my dollar. I was extremely impressed by the work performed and the amount of work performed for the price. Even more so, I was impressed by the honesty with which the job was approached. I was sold no more than I needed and what was done was done above and beyond what most contractors would consider necessary. I was pleased that the decision was made to overbuild a solution rather than increase profit by building something that might itself require more repair down the road.
