I spoke mostly with the owners son and communication was good. I am happy with the work and product. It is a messy job and sending the cleaning service was a really nice touch. I would hire again.

This is the only vendor I will use for anything Flooring or Tile related. I stumbled into ACR Flooring approximately 10+ years ago when they had just opened their showroom on Center St, Deer Park, and I am so glad I walked in that Saturday afternoon and met Mr. Rodriguez. ACR is a family owned and operated business that understands the meaning of SERVICE and PROFESSIONALISM. ACR has installed flooring in every house I've owned and every one that I purchase and remodel. They have removed old tubs and built new full tile showers. Installed kitchen granite countertops and backsplash. I've not found anything that they cannot do ...if you are wanting to do anything involving flooring or tile of any kind :"walls, floors, showers...etc" ... this is the place to call. Their prices are extremely fair and competitive and their professionalism and cleanliness on the job site is excellent.

Everything went exactly as planned. Ariel and his dad are very knowledgeable and their crew was prompt and professional.

The moved our furniture and installed the carpet and everything went very smoothly. We will use them in the near future for some tile work.

They were super awesome! This is the company for flooring that I have ever used. They did an excellent job! They provide personalized service. It's acutally hands on by the owner, and watched over by the owner every step of the way. They give high attention to details, and they are great!

I took a shot in the dark and stopped in to get an estimate for wood flooring installation. From the first encounter with Mr. Rodriguez I was very impressed with his courtesy and professionalism. He helped me pick out the flooring and set up an appointment to measure. His son ( it is a family owned local business) showed up on time and did the measurements and emailed me a quote that same day. The price was outstanding. The install was set up for 3 days later. It took 2 days and it was not an easy installation as I had some subfloor issues. The installation crew were very professional, easy to work with and Ariel came out several times to check on the progress and ensure that all install issues were taken care of immediately. Home improvement is rarely a joyous event but the entire experience with ACR Flooring exceeded my expectations in every area. I highly recommend them.
