Absolutely horrible sevrice, or lack of service I should say. James Walker is getting any subs he can find to do the work that he told us was done by a "family member" because it was a "family business". He is lazy, unreliable & irresponsible. PLEASE BEWARE & DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Description of Work: From the beginning they never showed up when they were supposed to. I had to call several times while out of town to get them to come out & mow. At first the owners son was going to mow, then he ended up subcontracting it out to another couple of mowers that my wife was not comfortable with at all. James Walker (the owner) did not want us paying the subcontractors, which was understandable. However we never knew when he would come by to get his check & sometimes the check would be stuck in our door for days which I was not comfortable with either. We could not mail the check because the owners address kept changing as where we to mail payment to. On the last visit they were hired for extra to weed the flower beds & trim shrubs but didn't do this. They were leaving when I inquired about this. They said they would be right back to do it. After they left I noticed they hadn't edges or weed-eated either (this was part of the normal duties). I called James he stated that they would be back in the morning to finish. It's been over two weeks now & they have never finished the lawn. Earlier in the month the subcontractors, James Walker hired, broke the light on our boat trailer. I contacted James about this a couple of days after. I explained to him that I was not back by the boat after they mowed but they were the only ones that had access to that area, he said he understood & he agreed to have it repaired. Green Thumb never repaired or replaced the damage as he agreed to do. This company continues to harass us for services that were not rendered & after I repaired the boat trailer & had the yard done correctly from their last visit.....they actually owe me money now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Description of Work: Failed to complete yard mow. They did not edge or weed-eat (but billed for it). They never trimmed hedges or weeded flower bed as hired to do (however they did not bill for it). They damaged personal property & never paid for it as promised.
