We wanted a large and natural looking water feature in our new backyard. We called Trey and he came out, advised us on a good spot for maximum visibility and gave us an estimate. We agreed on a start date. They arrived on time and got right to work. The crew was very pleasant and did a great job. Yard was all cleaned up at the end of the job and the feature is fabulous. We would definitely recommend DFW Ponds.

I had a pondless waterfall installed in my backyard a few years ago by a local landscape company. A few months ago the waterfall stopped working. I contacted the landscaper that installed it and they attempted on two occasions to repair it, but each time it would only work for about a week. It was difficult getting them to respond to my requests, and a couple weeks would go by before someone would come out to assess the problem and attempt to make repairs, even after I had paid them several hundred dollars for their initial efforts to repair it. When it stopped working the last time and I called the landscaper again, despite the amount that I had paid them, they never returned, nor did they respond to my request for help again to resolve my problem. I then contacted DFW Ponds, Inc., talked with Trey Bradley, and forwarded him pictures of the waterfall. He responded to my request for assistance very quickly. Not only did they come out within a few days after contacting them to repair the pond, but also reconstructed the waterfall. It looks even better now than it did when it was first installed and works superbly. At each stage of the repair, Mr. Bradley would call me at work to let me know what problems were found, and provide options and estimates for repairs, prior to making the repairs. The total amount paid for all of the work that was done by this company was about the same as the amount that I paid the landscaper who did not repair the pond. I also learned from this experience that DFW Ponds, Inc., is a Certified Aquascape Contractor. Because I have an Aquascape pondless waterfall, in the future I will always use this company for maintenance and repairs, and would highly recommend his company to others. Mr. Bradley provided quality work at a reasonable price.

Very satisfied with the work completed. The guys did a terrific job of cleaning the pond. They gave me some choices of things I could do to help save on the cost. Will continue to use DFW Ponds for pond maintenance and repair.

As I do from time to time, go out to inspect their progress and quality of work. I was more than pleased to see the professional pride in the work crew of DFW Ponds.
