Bisidas Water Well Drilling

He has never failed us. He is prompt, very efficient, and his prices are reasonable. He does a wonderful job! His wife is very efficient in getting messages to him and is a great help to him!

I have used Bisidas Wells (the original installer of my well) to maintain the well and it's components for years, but I've reached a boiling point with these people and here's why: 1) They're never on time; 2) They consistently re-prioritize my job w/o telling me they're not going to be on time or not telling me they're not going to show up at all; 3) They consistently leave a gigantic mess of silt sprayed all over my yard, brick exterior and patio for me to clean up; 4) They're expensive for what they do and the professionalism you get from them; 5) and today best of all they called me a "son of a b****" for complaining about being stood up 3 days in a row and hung up on me! I guess they think it's my privilege to be serviced by them and I should just keep my mouth shut and stay chained to my house all day long waiting and hoping for them to show up since they NEVER call you to tell you that they're not going to show up or your job has been pushed to the next day or the day after that or never. I called the owner, Larry, and complained and when I said he was being disrespectful of me and my time and that I was going to file a formal complaint about it he called me a "son of a b****" and hung up on me. Now something you should know about me: I ALWAYS pay my bills on time! My money is always good! And, all I really wanted was for them to purge my cold water tank w/o leaving a mess for me to clean up! Does that sound like much to ask for a loyal, paying customer? I think not! These people don't deserve to operate a business in TX and you should NEVER consider using them no matter what the price difference may be! You'll regret using Bisidas Wells, unless you can be EXTREMELY tolerant of their BS behavioral issues.
