+ 0 moreThey were very fair. The pricing was good. His work was timely. I've used him 4 or 5 times. He does a good job. He was very polite and respectful. He returned my calls right away and was very timely in getting the job done. He's in my speed dial.
Description of Work: I've used plumbing and the name of the service is Big Lee's Plumbing. I have blocked up drains and stuff and he used the camera and he worked on the hot water heater.

water heater repair
+ -1 moreI felt the price was on the reasonable side. I felt I've got a good job for the amount of money I paid. He answered his phone when I called and gave me information that was accurate and correct, he came when he said he was gonna be here and he said "If you want to stay up here and talk to me while I work, that would be fine." He's a friendly guy and nice. It's was a fair price for the work. There was no further problem.
Description of Work: I use Big Lee's Drain Cleaning and Plumbing Repair. I used him on the recommendation of a neighbor and I've used him twice. I think it was the water heater that was leaking and he came out and replaced the pressure valve. He told me what to do because it was 24 hours before he could get out and so he told me what to do to keep it from getting worst or going all over the house.
