Simply put, Rodger and Schuldt Construction are amazing. If Rodger tells you he is going to do something or going to be somewhere, he will. The professionalism, communication, and service you receive are unmatched by anyone else we have dealt with, not only in his industry, but across the board. I initially called Schuldt Construction and spoke with Ruby, she took my information and said she would have Rodger call me. Within an hour, Rodger called. He's very busy, but was able to squeeze me in the next day to come to our home and provide me with a free estimate. Before leaving our house, Rodger put together a written estimate and we gave him a down payment on the spot. We have been dealing with other plumbing issues, so Rodger worked around our plumbers' schedule to install the system exactly when we needed it to be installed. He came out a couple times before the day of installation to take measurements and ensure all of the proper permitting paperwork was complete. He and Josh arrived on the day of install and got right to work, removing the old system. By the end of the day, our new septic system was installed and working. They came back the next morning, bright and early, to finish installing the sprinkler lines, much of which had to be hand trenched. They work fast, efficiently, and take care of your property. Recently, we had to deal with Hurricane Harvey. Thankfully, we did not suffer any damage, but Rodger was in the area, and just stopped by to check on everything and make sure we are taken care of. I cannot recommend this company enough. I will never use another company for anything related to septic systems.
