 + -1 moreHe was not very professional. He tried to charge me $200 for an assessment and service charge the coming to my house. He was very nice the initial time, but after telling him we wouldn't need his services, he was very rude and pushy. He came again to collect his money, and when we refused, he threatened to take me and my husband to court.
Description of Work: My husband called the office to check a septic tank issue. The man came and looked at our breakers and septic tanks. He couldn't help me that day because he didn't have his equipment.

 + -1 moreVERNON YOUNG WAS VERY COURTEOUS AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. HE WORKED WITH MY SCHEDULE, SO THAT I DID NOT HAVE TO TAKE OFF WORK. I WILL MOST DEFINITELY HIRE HIM AGAIN FOR FUTURE WORK.
Description of Work: I TORE DOWN A GREENHOUSE WHICH HAD ELECTRICAL LINES INTO IT. J & M ELECTRICAL CAPPED THE LINES AND BURIED THEM. I ALSO NEEDED A GROUND FAULT RECEPTACLE BECAUSE MINE WAS NOT TO CODE.

 + -1 moreJAY SHOWED UP ON TIME. WAS VERY FRIENDLY. GOT ALONG WELL WITH MY DOGS. OBVIOUSLY, HE KNEW WHAT HE WAS DOING AND HAD A GREAT DEAL OF EXPERIENCE. HE GAVE ME A QUOTE OVER THE PHONE WHEN I DESCRIBED THE WORK I NEEDED DONE, IN DETAIL, AND THAT WAS THE PRICE I PAID. I WILL DEFINITELY CALL J&M AGAIN IF I NEED ANY ELECTRICAL WORK DONE.
Description of Work: RAN ELECTRICAL CIRCUIT FROM INSIDE OF HOUSE THROUGH WALL AND UNDER DECK, AND UNDERGROUND TO YARD FOR PLUGGING IN PUMP FOR FOUNTAIN. ALSO INSTALLED PLUG ON OUTSIDE DECK.
