Responded quickly, looked over the system and added 5lbs of Freon. It is back cooling again.

It was awesome! From the moment we called, they were extremely responsive. Someone came out within an hour of calling on a SATURDAY! They identified the problem and had it fixed in less than an hour. Nice, friendly, knowledgeable, prices were SO FAIR!! We were shocked! We felt like they provided us honest, reliable service and we will definitely call them again for all our future A/C needs.

very pleased with outcome ,no issues as of 4/20/2017 . they were very quick which worried me some but then 7 techs came out they even lifted my ducts and tied them to the roof as they should have been , they were laying on attic insulation. which i think is very professional doing the small extras that count to do a job right. also very unsure of the equipment transtar. which i never heard of but is running like a champ,.

Getting our house ready to sell, we had a list of items to attend to on the ac system to make ready. Domingo was very responsive. He took care of the repairs, and quoted a replacement for a furnace on an older system, and a system replacement, per our request. HIs knowledge and expertise is solid and he takes the time to explain the what he was doing, the system condition and our options. We wouldn't hesitate to call him for ac work in the future.

My wife said it was great. The owner showed up, did his checks, and found that there was a leak, and low on Freon. He made the repair, added Freon; at a fair price. Sorry, I do not recall exact figures, since my wife was the one taking care of this. He did not try to up sale, or add any pressure to my wife. He did leave a list of items that we should think about replacing, before any major issues. My wife was 100% happy, and we will be calling this company back out in the future.

I’ve used Fairmont at least 3-4 times over the last 6 years, and each time I’ve called on a weekend or after hours. What I listed in the services provided were individual visits by this company. Responses are always quick, each repair has lasted, and pricing is fair.

I have been using Fairmont Air Conditioning and Heating for eight years now. When I call he fits me right in. He shows up on time (very important to me). He is fast but very thorough (does not waste my time). I have two units that are getting up there in age and he has always taken great care of them, which is why they have lasted this long. I call him twice a year for maintenance for my own piece of mind. He always does a great job of cleaning the units and keeping them charged. He cleans up after himself and is very friendly. He has never tried to make unnecessary repairs like other businesses I have used in the past.
