septic tank
+ -1 moreThey said they came out and cleaned the tanks out but they are both completely full and sewage is coming into my shower. Just because they have a receipt that says they did it, does not mean they did it. I have proof they did not do it, photos. of them being completely full. The neighbors never saw them come out. They won't do anything about it.They won't even call me or email me back with a response. I will not hire them again and neither should you. They are Dishonest company.
Description of Work: I was suppose to have the 2 tanks cleaned out, they did NOT do their job. Both are still full.

septic tank
+ -1 moreEric called me back quickly on 9-8-06. Told me his crew could come out first thing on 9-11-06. They came out and immediately got to work. They were honest, hard working & did a wonderful job. Nice to find people in the septic business who are honest and do good work!
Description of Work: Overflow pipe off of kitchen was dripping excess water. Eric sent his crew of three out on 9-11-06. They first unplugged the grease tank in septic system which was the overflow culprit. Next they replaced the section of pipe (where the waste water runs out from the kitchen)with two inspection plugs. Now you can look into the exit piping to make sure things are flowing properly. After that, they pumped out & cleaned all three tanks in the system. Cleaned up and covered the tanks with dirt.

+ -1 moreCalled & talked to Eric Neuman on 7-28-06. Said he would send his crew out in a couple hours. They showed up & determined that the Sump-Pump Float Sensor was out of the pump. They replaced the broken part and it is working fine. They were courteous and very quick and efficient. And the price was less than first thought. I was very impressed at their quick response and expert work! I will call them again on any septic work I need done.
Description of Work: Sump Pump Float Sensor not working.
