Called Ruben s, Carlos showed up in two hours, when he said he would, he had the part on his truck and now I ve got air-conditioning! And he didn t up-charge me or give me a bunch of fast talking. No extra for the holiday. He explained and showed me stuff. I am very, very, very pleased and will recommend them again."

"This company did not stand behind their warranty. I paid R-10 $717 to fix 2 problems with my outside ac unit. Loud noise from the unit and no longer cooling. They came right out made the repairs. I was pleased with their service that day. Two or three days later, the noise with the unit started up again. They came out a second time, but could not stop the noise saying they would have to return again with correct hardware, screws, bolts, nuts, etc., to secure the unit to prevent the noise. In the meantime that day they put a brick, they found in my yard on top of the unit to stop the noise. They came out a third time and said they could not correct the noise and left the brick on top and said they would have to talk to the owner about what to do. A couple of days later, the owner called me and said they had done all they could do to correct the noise, but they could do further diagnostics for additional money. I rejected that idea and after a couple of heated conversations the owner of R-10 agreed to send me a refund check for $300 and told me to never call R-10 again. I did receive the check promptly. I cannot recommend this Angi pro. I my opinion Angi needs to delete R-10 from their pro list."
