Right from the very first phone call to the finished job. Everyone was real helpful. I am a first time home owner used Angie's List to find an electrician, glad I call Zubras Electric. Dan and Martin came to install my Hone Security Lights. They are so helpful and genuine, I knew instantly I could trust them to do the job right. I will use Zubras Electric for all electrical needs, even down to a new door bell. Thank you Zubras Electric, thank you Dan and Martin.

Dervan and Mario came out on time. They were very professional and helpful. They repaired a kitchen light and evaluated whether it would be affordable for me to have an old, electrical, outside pole light updated to work again. I felt it would be too expensive to have it repaired.

I had used them about 5 yrs ago and they were reasonable. They have completely re-done their pricing and go by the book to quote you the type of job by standardized prices. There total invoice was over $300. I paid them for their service call and got the same job done for $79. Zubras made it sound more complicated than the job really was.

They were late; I wanted a couple of other outlets but it was going to be outrageously expensive and would have taken even longer so I settled for the one. Still can't believe I was dumb enough to pay as much as I did but I needed it done. If you're going to use them, definitely be smarter than I was and get a ballpark estimate before they come. In addition, I have a 1940's house and they seemed bewildered as to how to get the wiring done. The "main" guy had his "helper" doing all the work instead of them working together and just getting the job done. Very unsatisfactory experience for me and I would never use them again for anything.

Installed an outlet in the bathroom by the toilet for a powered bidet-attachment, and installed a new ceiling vent/fan above the toilet as well.

Changed out the electric panel and moved it.

Although the work was not done on the originally scheduled date due to a major ice storm, the company was very responsive in working with me to reschedule. The technicians were pleasant to work with and demonstrated knowledge and enthusiasm for their work. They did an excellent job on the tasks presented to them and were great at cleaning up after the job was complete.

Electrician called to let us know his approximate arrival time and was spot on, after seeing the issue he started trouble shooting, and because of the way the circuitry was run it took a while but once he isolated the problem he repaired it quickly and made sure we would not have the problem again in the future. All around great experience.

Had an arbor, pergola, lights on fence post, spot lights and fans installed by another company, none of the switches were where we wanted them, couldn't get them to come back and switch them as originally planned. Ben and Mario came and saw the issue and worked their magic and all is well. Everything is where its suppose to be and we know it is done right. They were accommodating to the waterscape people that had to tear down the new feature and rebuild it properly and to get the wires out from underneath. Now everything is up to code and we feel safe that all is done correct. They were on time, redid their schedules courteous and cleaned everything before they left. They went above and beyond any of our expectations. Will definitely hire again in the future for all all electrical needs.

Excellent!! We requested an estimate after receiving one from another company that we felt was high. They responded quickly and the cost was lower. The job was scheduled right away. Everything went smoothly. The office is very quick to respond to all phone calls. I have already called them for another electrical issue and it was handled just as professionally.

Lots of problem solving; Discovered much about the wiring of our house. Work was completed to our satisfaction.

They were FANTASTIC! In fact, there was an old deal listed on Angies list that had inspired me to call them. That is why I booked as it was a great deal. They explained to me that that current offer was no longer valid but they gave it to me anyway. Their service techs were extremely knowledgeable, were prompt, worked quickly and solved my problem in no time. When calling to make my appointment, the office staff was helpful and did their best to accommodate my schedule. Cannot say enough good things about Zubras! Very, very pleased. Will used again.

problem. We had used Zubras two years ago and was so impressed by their service that when a problem came up last week I contacted them again. They came to the house on time to begin service, found problem quickly and repaired. I had another problem that I had been putting off so I thought let's look at that while you are here. The problem was a sump-pump wiring problem. The tech diagnosed the problem, made recommendation to repair, I agreed, he had it working properly within 45 minutes. We had another electrical company out to repair this amp-pump before and they did not install it properly and charged a large fee to not do it properly. It's good to know that there are companies like Zubras that care about their work, hire professional employees and don't try and rip off the customer. We enjoyed our experience with Zubras and will not use anyone else for electrical problem. They are the best IMHO. Zubras, just keep doing what you do now, don't ever change your way of doing business. You are great.

It is an excellent company and we know them very well. We used them about four years ago and had used them for about 10 years prior. They are not one of the cheapest, but are one of the better companies. They stand behind their work and it is an excellent company. This company is good at what it does.

Repaired the damage and reviewed electrical system with me making recommendations about upgrade that were not really in their best interest (against an upgrade they did not feel I needed). I have done a lot of electrical work myself, and I recognize little extra precautions the electrician took to make sure the job was done correctly and nothing was overlooked.

Derwan (electrician) arrived on time, ready to work. He listened to what I needed and then tested the plugs all around the house. He discovered that the breaker switch was the problem, so he fixed it. He the tested the outlets again. He was courteous and professional, very personable. Great experience!

On time and worked very efficiently. I have used before and they are consistent.

Service was great from the initial contact to final billing. Described in detail the work to be done, based on apartment visit, and phone call to me to authorize the work.

Service tech showed up on time and was thorough in his work and fixed the issues we requested. We thought the cost was very reasonable given the amout of time the tech spent working.

When the appointment was made, the young lady that took the service information promised to have a technician call with an estimate of the cost of the requested service (installation of a timer switch) by the end of the day or at least by the end of the next day. That never happened. The appointment was for 1pm to 3pm on a Monday. When a call was made to check on the time Monday morning, an "answering service" had no information and only promised to have Zubras call as soon as they could. A bit later that morning, the actual electrician called with the news that he would arrive at the house in about an hour, which was actually more than an hour earlier than 1pm. Ben S., the electrician provided an accurate estimate of the requested service and completed the job in about an hour, including a thorough check of the house electrical panel/breaker box. He found some loose connections, which he tightened. Also, he spent the time to answer follow-up questions and to gather information for an estimate on additional work needed in other areas of the house. Ben was very professional and we'd like to have him back in our house for service in the future.

Nothing. He never even called me back. He must be really rich.

First Rick and Lonnie were here for two full days to take care of all our electrical needs. They were professional and punctual. The guys were very knowledgeable. They resolved all our issues and we are very satisfied with the outcome. Overall the experience was excellent and we will definitely call Zubras again with our electrical needs.

This is the 3rd electrician we have had come look at our floodlights. The first technician (from another company) never returned to finish the job, the 2nd technician (from another company) never returned our phone call (and is highly rated on here!). So I called Zubras. I was pleased to begin with when someone actually answered the phone, made an 'official' appointment, and gave me a window that the technician would arrive. Then I was even more impressed when the technician called me over 30 min in advance of my appointment (as promised) and arrived when he said he would. Rick was very professional and helpful. He was able to fix the floodlights and gave me suggestions along the way such as what types of bulbs to buy. The only slight negative to this process (and I do mean slight because I was very pleased) was that the price was a little high. A $79.99 service fee is charged to even come out. We also received estimates for other work to be done in the home. The estimates were rather high, but I have nothing to compare them to as of yet. Overall, I would definitely hire them to fix any electrical problems in my home. Fast, courteous and friendly. Thank you!
