This entire bill was actually more work than what was estimated as we added some work during the day. However, the final bill was ~$300 LESS than the initial estimate. Ben and Dino were incredibly helpful, efficient, positive, proffesional and clearly good at their jobs. Zubras was the only group I had bid the job based on Angie's list recommendations and they far exceeded my expectations

I was very happy with the electrical work that I received from Zubras. I had Zubras and 2 other contractors bid and it was obvious that Zubras was the best choice from price to schedule to professionalism. Ben and Josh were at my house for nearly 3 days doing an extensive amount of work. They were easy to work with, they kept me informed, and if something unexpected came up – they were quick to get my input on a resolution which is what I requested. Overall, they did a great job. I also worked with Robert in getting the right whole house surge protector that was outdoor rated and provided protection not only for the electrical but for the phone and satellite TV as well. Robert was also easy to work with and professional. I recommended Zubras to a friend and he too was very pleased with their work.

When I called I ended up speaking to Steve the service manager. He had Ben out to our house the same day on a warranty call. It turned out that Ben only reset the outlet and did not touch the wires that had burned. However, Ben offered to fix the problem right then and had the materials to not only replace the wiring but also the time clock. He called me to keep me updated on progress and cost, as well as setting the timer so the pool filter would run as it needs to during the winter. Very happy with the service.

Ben T came to my home to install a bathroom light fixture. He called 20 minutes before he arrived, arrived on time, keep me informed about the progress, worked quickly and efficiently, was very professional, and did a terrific job. Great value with a fair price. I would highly recommend Zubras (and Ben).

There was a $90 service charge, but we discovered there wasn't an issue at all. They adjusted the bill since no work was needed.

I contacted Zubra to provide quotes for installing an outdoor light / motion detector and install of an additional electrical outlet. I also had them replace an electrical outlet that was not working. I found their quotes be very high and the cost to replace an electrical outlet (which I went ahead and had them do) was very high. Cost for replacing a defective outlet was originally $112 and technician eventually came down to $82 after I clarified the time required for the installing a replacement outlet was very short.

It went great as always when I use Zubras Electric. I called and spoke with Robert English about running a telephone and data cable of approximately 250-feet at my church which is a commercial building. Robert gave me an approximate estimate to do the work. I needed the work done non-business hours and Robert said they could do it on a Saturday at normal business day rates. This was great news. We scheduled a Saturday to do the work and the techs Ben and Allan, showed up right on time. After walking the route, Ben and Allan got right to work. I wanted the cable tied up off the ceiling tiles and they were very careful to do so. They repaired any fire barriers penetrated as required by code. I was amazed how quickly they got the cable installed. Within a couple of hours they were finished and on their way. Before leaving they cleaned up and even used the church's vacuum cleaner to vacuum up loose debris. I was most pleased with the work.

The job was excellent. Their customer service was very professional. They were on time. They were easy to work with and very pleasant to work with. We would definitely use them again.

If I could fill this space with the word "fantastic" over and over again, I would! Ben and Alan were incredibly nice, professional, fast and just "fantastic"! They took out my broken old built-in oven, the door of which actually broke in Ben's hands as he was pulling it out. He had glass all over himself! I went to get my broom to sweep it up, but before I could Alan was there to help. They finished pulling out the oven door, cleaned up and disposed of the glass (with their own broom, dust pan and garbage bag!) and finished taking out the old oven. To make that even better they took the old thing and are getting rid of it for me! They quickly installed my new oven, made sure it worked and wrapped everything up with a smile! They were VERY reasonable, especially for the extra work they did, taking and disposing of the old oven and for driving from Dallas out here to Keller to take the job. ALSO - I'd called a couple of different places before calling Zubra's, trying to get someone out here to install this oven. The first place couldn't install built-in ovens (at all - even though they were an appliance place) and the second place couldn't get to me for at least another two to three weeks! I called Zubra's on Monday, today is Wednesday, the oven is in and I'm ready to cook again! Thank you Ben and Alan, you guys were "fantastic"!

Ben was very professional. He called to tell me he was on his way, and was an hour earlier than I was quoted on the phone -- great for me! He arrived, went straight to work replacing the outlets and consulted with me about the kitchen one. I thought I needed a GFCI, but he explained that that type was not advisable in the location I had, since we'd soon have a refrigerator plugged into it; if the circuit cut off, the refrigerator would have the power cut. When he "repaired" the ceiling fan he explained that it wasn't actually broken, rather the fan and the remote for it were not synchronised on the same frequency, so he adjusted them and it has worked perfectly since. The quote he gave to replace our old electrical panel was fair (Zubras is the third quote we've solicited) and he explained exactly what work would be included and how they would do it. I am very happy and will definitely call them again for future work.

I called Zubras Electric to have them come out and check on a couple of light switches that were not working correctly in our home. Both appeared to have a short in the switch. We originally scheduled for them to come on Wednesday, 11/30. However, they called and asked if they could come today (11/29) as they were in the area. That worked for my schedule. I showed them each of the switches and also an electrical outlet box that was coming loose in our garage. There were two gentlemen and they each went to work on one of the switches. All of the repairs were completed within 30 minutes of their arrival. I found them to be very professional and efficient. I would definitely use this company again in the future.

They came out right away that day which I was very happy about. They were able to pull the booster motor out of the garage ceiling and it was full of lint as I suspected. The cleaned it and removed all the lint and made sure the line was clear also. They mounted it back into the ceiling just like it was before they started. They cleaned up when they were done. They were very nice and professional. They told me on the phone before they came out their minimum charge which covered the first hour. They were here about 75-90 mins. And the fee was right in line with what they told me and I expected. I would use them again for sure.

The team was very pleasant and efficient - they installed sensor lights outside the garage.

Alan Ramos, and an assistant (didn't get his name) arrived on time. Quality of work is exceptional. Price was excellent for work performed. They cleaned up afterward. They were very friendly, professional, and efficient. Will definitely use them again for all electrical needs. Another glowing Angie's list experience.

Their estimate was in-line with how much I thought it should cost and they were able to get all of the permits necessary and got it taken care of it the very next day. My only issue was that they did not follow up with the city inspector or the electric company in a timely manner. I had to remind them to make sure the inspection happened, so it was almost 2 weeks before electric service was returned. Luckily this was a rental with no current tenant, so it wasn't a big deal. They were very apologetic and followed up quickly once I reminded them.

Great experience, they arrived on time, explained everything that they were doing. Couldn't be happier.

Ben arrived exatly when he said he would after giving me a courtesy call. He worked quickly,quietly and cleanly. The work was completed within an hour and the cost was veery reasonalble.

The original request did not include the GFCI cover, but they were able to do it and asked a couple of time if there was anything else they could do. Both men were professional,knowledgeable and conscientious. They called to see if they could start earlier than scheduled. This is the second time we used Zubras and will use them again. The price was lower than expected. Very satisfied with their service.

It took all day to get through our laundry list of problems, but Alan stayed until we were satisfied all issues were resolved to our satisfaction. In the future we will probably always call Zubras with any new electrical issues we encounter. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Alan or Zubras.

Zubra's gave me a quote for the job and delivered a job well done within a week of our initial meeting at my house. Overall I was very impressed with the level of service and workmanship for the price.
