Wrightway Moving Company, LLC

Wrightway moved my granddaughter into her on-campus apartment today and what we thought would be about a 3-4 hr. job, took only 2 hours! The 3-man crew couldn't have been more courteous, efficient, friendly or professional and we were amazed at how fast they moved in this excessive heat. There was not a scratch, dent, or mark on anything and my granddaughter was thrilled, as many of her things were brand new. In addition to all that, they were 30 minutes early, which we were very happy about. I can't imagine ANY moving company being any better than Wrightway and we HIGHLY recommend them to anyone and everyone needing a moving company.

Although the work is done in a timely manner the movers contracted to wrightway do not pay attention to customers belongings. They managed to tear up my bed, I have tape adhesive I have to figure out how to get removed off of white leather. I have a $10,000 stereo system that was moved and they stacked so much weight in boxes that are so heavily reinforced, that the boxes started to collapse (see attached pictures). I specified to them to use moving blankets I purchased certain for furniture which was white leather, and they chose to ignore my request and they instead chose to wrap things that did not need to be. One of those things also damaged extensively is my sons crib which they chose to use as a wall to hold things from shifting in transit. What makes matters worse is that I also tipped the two men $80. It aggrevates me knowing so called “professionals” are so careless. I used to professionally move, and I nor my crews ever disregarded fragile markings on boxes. I went so far to purchase stickers on boxes to help ensure careful handling. They completely disregarded the stickers, but also disregarded boxes marked as “do not stack on top of” boxes. Many of these fragile boxes had heavier boxes stacked on top with some of the contents of the boxes being wine glasses, china and other collectible things. Your company is fortunate that I moved out of state and some things are packed in storage which may be damaged. The worst thing to mention is that I was left to work an additional 5 hours to complete the move since they left us before all are belongings were loaded. Nothing is worse than hiring movers which leave you without completing work. Beware that this company contracts out its moving services to other so called movers, or I’ll call em good ol boy companies which would leave you with the experience I had. I do not recommend this company until they vet the companies they contract work to.

They underestimated the amount of time/ packers needed, then one of the packers left in the middle of the day to be replaced by someone else who did not seem very efficient. The 2nd truck was 4-5 hours late so what should have been a quick and efficient move dragged on and wasted resources that we had for unpacking. I am not sure that I would use them again.

They appeared to be very efficient. However, upon unpacking, we found several personal items missing and have never recovered them as well as minor damage to some of the furniture.

GREAT! This service was exceptional. We had two trucks, two teams of 3 men each for a full day. All of the crew members were competent, efficient and there was not a single complaint uttered about the challenges of our move. I am very pleased with the work they did for us and I have a great deal of respect for hard work of the employees of Wrightway.

They showed up as scheduled. They were very efficient and would definitely hire them again.

Jason and Joey was the crew that showed up. They were on time, Jason called to say he was 20 min away. They introduced themselves very professional and courteous. They both looked to see what need to be moved. Jason filled out paperwork and time started once they started moving. They were hard efficient even in the rain which started when they arrived. They stoped once to ask for paper towels and water. They loaded up followed me to house and immediately started unloading and setting up. My fiancé had them put the pieces where she wanted them. They even took out an old tv out to the curb for her. Once they put the bed together time stopped. I was amazed start to finish was only 2 hours. No damages. We will definitely use them in the future.

Great service. The workers were efficient and very courteous about our belongings. They worked tirelessly, and we did not have any breakages or lost items.

The move went according to plan. I've had some bad experiences with movers in the past, but Wrightway was easy to work with. They were up front and transparent regarding expected durations and pricing for extra time, and I never felt like they were moving slowly or taking more time than required.

Hired two crews to move myself and fiancee to new home. Both crews were exceptional. Took great care of all belongings went extra mile in both loading and unloading. Top notch company. Would very highly recommend to anyone looking to move.

Went well for the most part. Towards the end when they were assembling the dining table they used an incorrect screw (longer) and completely damaged the finished dining table top. It cost me $2000 to repair as a replacement was not available. I had also asked the team to move some boxes from my garage to floors above and this work was done to my satisfaction. Team was professional but would recommend training them in assembly tasks before taking on works of this nature.

The employees were on time. They took great care in dismantling and handling of my furniture. They were very friendly, knowledgeable,efficient and careful with my furniture. Move the furniture to the storage facilities with no problems. I was very happy with the move. I would hire them again. I would recommend to family and friends.

Horrible, I have used them on two other occasions. They weren't perfect, but not so bad that I didn't csll them again. This time I only moved next door and they were so slow. They were wrapping things made of cardboard to just waste time. Two of the 3 guys just stood around while my son and I moved things. I offered them extra 100.00 to PLEASE hurry, the guy totally ignored me. I then said ok 150.00. He still ignored me. Me son and I just tried to make up for the ti.e by helping. I' still tipped them 150.00 in case he heard me and in his mind he was moving faster. He still charged me overage fees. He was rude. I will never ever call this company again. I told office they just ssid ok. Didn't do anything about it.

The team did great. They were very careful and efficient.

Amazing team! They helped move my Mom and were very careful with all her things. Set up her bed and put her TV on top. Very sweet.
