Description of Work: A move from dallas to north richland hills. They moved my firtinure and clothing to a storage area in the rear of my house and i did not loork at the thing until January but when i looked i had broken dresser,scwers missing from tables,rollers from bed rails. if the movers had said we broke it no problem but to wait until i need those things then there is a problem plus they do not respone back when you complain

Response from Wrightway Moving Company, LLC
The member emailed a complaint on January 3rd (see below). Wrightway emailed a response and claim form on January 5th (see below). We also followed up with a phone call and left a voice mail. There was no response from the member until this report on Angie's List today. We have contacted the member via phone and his email address has changed. Wrightway resent the claim form to the new email address to resolve the matter.
