Description of Work: BEWARE!!!! I give this company a D for multiple reasons and the only reason I'm not giving them an F is because of how great the moving guys were. 1.Tonya, the lady that coordinates everything and gives the quotes, failed to tell us that if we needed another moving truck, WE had to reserve it AND pay the extra $250 + all the gas for the truck on top of their $100 driver fee PLUS $90 per hour to load and unload it! So there was an extra $350 that we weren't expecting to have to pay to the budget truck company. Then she called me while the guys were loading the first truck and asked me if i had reserved the 2nd truck because we were going to need it. i was totally in the dark because the only thing she said to my husband and i all 4 times we spoke about this was, "if we need a second truck, we'll get one the day of & that will be $190 for the driver fee and $90 per hour of loading and unloading that truck". No mention of ME reserving the truck OR paying the $250 for it OR paying for the gas! 2.We scheduled for them to come pack us on may 30th and come move us on friday may 31st so i made plans and arrangements around that, well less than a week before our move date, tonya calls me and says, "oh, we need to move your packing date to the 29th and move date to thursday the 31st because we dont move out of town moves on fridays because of the weekends" really!?! that messed up alot of my plans. how unprofessional!! 3.We were charged for 145(about $200!) boxes when in fact the packers only packed 80!!!!!!!!!!!!! We didn't realize this until we were unpacking at our new house!!! I'm beyond mad about that! The moving guys were great though. They were quick and pretty careful. I have found some gashes in larger furniture and some things broken in boxes though. I wouldn't recommend this company, because we were highly overcharged and taken advantage of and because moving should be a package deal that you pay for them to come pack you and move you with NO surprises or upsets and that wasn't the case! I was completely stressed out the whole time! And not only did I have to pay for the extra moving truck, I also had to drive 30 mins away to pay for it!!!!!!!!! Absolutely ridiculous! Again, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! TOTAL RIP OFF!!!!
