Good even though the crew took a long lunch break on their way back from the dump without my knowledge.

Both moves went exceedingly well, and we would not hesitate to call Wrightway Movers in the future for a move.

Have used this company on several occasions. Tanya is always the epitome of professionalism and the staff is usually awesome. This time workers were to arrive between 9 and 10, arrived at 11 am. They were not very friendly and just did not seem very motivated! Did not do simple things like wrap the rugs in plastic...plastic I purchased from the company on last move and previous workers used. Ended up scratching the dining room table because it was not wrapped either. (Fortunately, it was an older piece but should have been wrapped none the less) I did call the office and speak with Tanya and she was very apologetic and said she would pass the information on the owner of the company. I would use their service again but not those two particular workers.

They moved out stuff out of the house and into a storage unit.

Overall the packing and unpacking was great. Guys worked hard and fast. Professional. The only hiccup was that we were coordinating 2 trucks and the second was MIA for a couple of hours so we had to put off the second day of our move to another day. The company accommodated right away and it worked in the end but if we weren't a little flexible with our dates we would have been screwed,

We were supposed to have 2 trucks to handle a large amount of stuff. Had to cancel the second truck and reschedule because the were delayed. Made the move drag out over 2 days. That being said we did have a ton of stuff that filled 2+ trucks. They did a good job on the move itself espa ially the second day. Used the deal on Angie's list. You can only use 2. Cash discount.

Tanya did a great job arranging our special moving request and kept in constant contact with us before our scheduled move day. One truck came to our apartment and one truck went to our storage unit. Both trucks loaded up, met us at the new house, and unloaded. Victor and his crew worked quickly and carefully, maneuvering up the stairs to get everything in the house. They even offered to help us move any furniture from room to room before they left.

Used their packer and movers, and had a good experience.

They arrived on time, were careful with my stuff and got the job done quickly and painlessly. I would use them again.

This is not the first time I used Wrightway and I previously had a very good experience. This time the guy in charge was careless and didn't take time to be as careful with our items as on a previous move. It was the same person the leading both times. Recently, when I was throwing out garment boxes, I was taking out the packing paper they put in the boxes as trash and found my father's folded socks - three pair, cedar blocks, washcloths, a hankerchief and other random closet items that were tossed in with their fast food trash.

Moved everything needed within the anticipated 2 hrs. All items were handled carefully and loaded, as we directed, into the various areas of the storage. I purchased a second coupon from them on Angies list following this first purchase. Beverly Singleton

The movers arrived over an hour late. No apologies what so ever!! Only one of the moving crew spoke English so giving directions was non existent. I was charged extra for " shrink wrap" which I asked them not to use in the first place. They " disappeared " for 30 minutes during the move...stating they got lost They complained about missing the Dallas Cowboys game. Then they stood there at the end and made me fill out a survey on their service in front of them before they charged me! Just a bad experience in general

Hottest day of the year in the dreadful summer time. Wrightway staff worked very hard and did the job on time!

everything went great, except I wasn't told in advance that I was paying for each piece shrink wrapped.

I could not have asked for a better experience. All 3 men were very polite and helpful. While the men were unloading things at my new apartment, we were opening up a box and it had a bunch of ties and things and one of the men stopped and used his knife to cut the ties for us. Also I have a cat and they were sweet to her also. I can not say enough good things about the whole experience from the first time I called them, until the job was completed.

Wrightway called the morning of to provide ETA of arrival. Upon arrival, crew was very professional and helpful. Went above and beyond to help us with our move. Crew was efficient and fast. Would highly recommend.

The two-man crew was professional and courteous. They cared properly for the furniture and took care not to damage the items or the dwellings. Would definitely recommend.

The refrigerator move went well. The moving team was not aware of what was required to move the dishwasher, though (connections to water and electrical service to deal with before moving).

Two movers showed up on-time and went right to work w/o complaining about the stairs. They were careful with the boxes stacking them very neatly. The boxes were tied down to secure them. They unloaded the boxes with the same great care. The driver was named "Bryan". I did not catch the name of other mover. Both were very professional and polite. This company offered the best price and delivered the best service as advertised. Highly recommend Wrightway Moving Company to anyone and everyone.

They were great again. This is the second time I have used Wrightway. It was a different crew this time, but the level of service was equally awesome to the first time.
