Wonderfully! This is the second time we've used them, and they did excellent. Quick and efficient.

We ended up hiring two crews as we only wanted each crew to make one trip. In discussion with Tanya she indicated this would be the lowest cost option. We purchased two "Angie's List Deals" which was 6 man hours (3 people 2 hours per person) at a cost of $220 per deal. We were told the crews would arrive at 9am on the appointed day. Instead when 9:30 rolled around and we called Tanya we were told it was a 9am - 10am arrival time. This is not spelled out in ANY of the documentation Tanya and I exchanged and appears to be a common source of complaint for this organization, and such an easy thing for them to fix. Instead the first crew didn't arrive on site until 10:15am and the second crew didn't arrive until 10:45am. The crews went right to work which was great, they quickly loaded the first truck and then proceeded to load the second truck. It was at this point the list of "items we will not take" seemed to start to grow. At no point prior to the crew's arrival on-site was it discussed they wouldn't take certain items, or how items had to be packaged so they would take them. Again, this was a simple thing to bring to the customer's attention in advance, yet it wasn't. In the end once the movers had completed the job we ended up making two additional trips in our own vehicles for all the items the movers wouldn't handle. In the end the movers completed the load up in just over an hour per crew, and we headed out to the new house. All items were unloaded in a timely manger, though the crews didn't pay much attention to the notes on boxes indicating where they belonged so we found boxes all over the house which were in the wrong place. We ended up with multiple items damaged (all minor) and noted such on the forms we signed, yet we a week later still haven't been contacted to begin the claims process. The most galling aspect however was the loss of a box of our kitchen utensils. Once we realized it was missing we contacted Tanya who finally responded to us some 6 hours later. She indicated she would let the crews know and see if they could find it. We were finally contacted almost 24 hours later by one of the crew leaders, Brian, who indicated he had the box and had been trying to call us but "had a bad number". I'm not sure how as we only provided Wrightway with one number and it was valid. It's more likely he was just misdialing or confusing us with one of the three other jobs he did that weekend. In the end we got our utensils back but had to meet Brian half way between our new home and his home as the best they would do is "mail" it to us. No offer of next day UPS or other tracked method. However, the most frustrating aspect of the whole arrangement was the cost. In the end we paid nearly $700 per crew for their work, yielding a total of almost $1400 for the move. This exceeded the highest estimate we received from any mover by over $200, and wasn't cheaper than having a single crew do two trips (total there would have been around $900 if all my math is correct). In the end we cannot recommend Wrightway, nor their Angie's list "deal" as it isn't a deal with all the add-on charges.

READ THIS BEFORE HIRING THIS COMPANY! THE WORST MOVE EVER! They arrived in a spray painted truck with the name of the company taped to the door. Before purchasing this deal I called an asked lots of question on availability, if wrapping furniture was included and a few other details. I was told that shrink wrapping furniture was no extra charge and they did it to protect furniture. Within seconds of walking in the house one of the crew said we are going to charge you $5 per piece of furniture to wrap it. I explained that I spoke with Tanya and she told me it was included. They walk through the house speaking Spanish and they get to the home office, and said we are moving that (amior) it is too heavy, So I asked them to call Tonya and they because and thought the conversation to call her a "B" in Spanish and cussing. Of course she was no where to be found and they refused to do anything until I agreed to pay the extra to wrap the furniture or they would walk. They actually got in the and was leaving until their manager told them that they had to stay. I got the impression that they were subcontractor. Needless to say paid over $800 because they were so slow and they left enough stuff to fill a small u-haul. I ended up hiring another person to move the piece of furniture that they refused to move. In reality this move cost me $1000+ to move three miles. One person of the crew was willing to do the work, one person who seamed to be the leader was very slow and the last one who was very vocal cussed and called Tonya as many bad names in Spanish as you can think of. I had to move and it I would have had more time I would have allowed them to leave and found another company.

The movers were on time and very efficient. They were done within the timeframe so no extra expense was incurred.

arrived on time, professional and courteous . skilled, knew what they were doing and did not waste a lot of time. were careful enough not to do any serious damage to furniture and other items. The only thing that caught me offguard was the 15 dollars they charged extra for the tape to wrap the equipment. i thought that was included in the moving services.

Wonderful - they were there on time, handled the furniture well and were very considerate of our home. We would hire them again.

This service was exceptionally bad. The service people were late each day. The company did not provide needed materials. Furniture was damaged during the move. I was quoted 1500 but was charged 2400. The manager was incompetent and extremely rude. Do not use this company.

The first part of our move went exceptionally well. The movers were courteous, efficient and professional. The second part of our move, they sent a different team, even though they had promised us the same guys. They were sloppy and extremely rude to one another. They weren't careful of either our furniture or the paint and hardwood flooring in our new home. Loved then hated them. It's a gamble.

the workers arrived... did not come prepared to move. Insulted the quality of our home. I am in a wheelchair and upkeep as best as I can, One went home, and we still had to pay for 3 movers.

Extremely well. They worked fast and carefully to move our belongings into the house over a three hour period. We were very pleased.

4 hrs late than the quoted time due to truck trouble. No compensation offered after asking. No follow up

It was good. Minor wall damage when moving items and didn’t get a bed put back together.

Excellent moving service. They arrived when they said they would and prepared everything carefully (at least those items we had not already prepared ourselves). They worked hard and managed to fit everything into the 10x20 and 10x10 storage units we had rented in advance. The only down side was that they charged us for extra boxing and wrapping materials when we did not have enough to do everything. I had thought that those charges would be in the total moving bill. Overall, though, we were pleased.

I would totally recommend. They came in and packed up my home and then the moving team showed up immediately afterwards.

We were very satisfied with the pack-up and move conducted by Wrightway. The crews are professional, patient and give very good advise to make the experience less stressful on the customer.

We had two crews/two trucks. Jorge and Brian were the crew leads. Both were extremely helpful and the crew was courteous. With all the things we had, they only missed removing the shelving of one item which caused some in-cabinet damage during the move. That aside, everything else was tip-top. They literally rolled out the red carpet to protect the hardwood floors. And since we had two crews, it was quite a long roll of red carpet. Again, both crews were absolutely fantastic and we have already recommended Wrightway to friends who will soon be moving. Hands down we would use them again.

Very well. Movers worked very quickly. I was very impressed. Great service for the price.

The crew worked fast and efficiently. They reassembled beds and all furniture they had disassembled on furniture moved to garage. They put all furniture back in place. They cleaned up what little mess they made.
