Case is very friendly and knowledgeable at what he does. I appreciate him educating me and answering questions that probably even didnt directly relate to his job at the time. He was very courteous and informative. He really seems to care and wants to help in any way he can.

The inspector found the hidden mold that was causing my health symptoms. He also told me what was causing the mold to grow in the first place and what to do to correct the problem. I LOVE their flat rate and since they can't make money off of remediation, they were more trustworthy than other inspectors. Will use them again!
