I had Case come out to check for Mold in our home. He completed inspection and took sample with him. He promised to send me report in 1 week. It's been over 1 month and I have not received his report. I emailed, called and texted him but did not get any response back. I'm disappointed in his ability to fulfill service obligation. Thanks.
