About us

We are a second generation, family owned and operated company in the business of manufacturing superior quality custom cabinetry for residential and commercial projects whether for new construction or renovation. Our principals have in excess of 60 years combined expertise in the field of custom cabinetry. We work with customers from project inception through completed installation providing design, field verification, conceptual drawings, custom fabrication, delivery, installation and final adjustment. We offer our customers quality assurance by warranting all products and installation we provide. At Woodperfect Custom Cabinetry, we believe it is the manufacturer’s responsibility to stay versed in new cabinetry manufacturing technologies, products and materials, many of which make today’s cabinetry more comfortable, functional and suited to today’s lifestyle, while increasing the strength, durability and cost effectiveness over the long term. We pride ourselves on staying apprised of current trends and changes in the marketplace, both locally and nationally, and provide environmentally friendly products with materials from FSC certified vendors and green products as an important part of our product offerings. Additionally, we are one of only six cabinet makers in the state of Texas who maintain active membership in the CMA. The Cabinet Makers Association is a national organization established for the promotion of professionalism, quality craftsmanship and ethical business practices, which we feel is so important in this industry. Referrals have provided our primary marketing venue throughout the years. We are insured and are happy to provide references upon request.

Services we offer

Single source providing custom cabinetry and design services for both commercial and residential new construction and renovation, kitchen cabinets, bath cabinets, entertainment centers, media centers, bar and wine cellar cabinets, closet cabinets, garage cabinets, outdoor kitchens, custom furniture, specialty or unique use cabinets. From small and simple to large and complex, if it involves wood and cabinets, we do it or most likely can recommend someone who can.

Services we don't offer

While we do provide door and drawer fronts/boxes for existing cabinetry updating, as well as other adornments, we do not do what is commonly referred to as "cabinet refacing". We do not provide services that require licensing by law to be performed such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, nor do we remove or install appliances, countertops or backsplash materials, flooring materials, etc.

The builder of our new house choose the cabinet maker 'WoodPerfect Custom Cabinetry'. The initial design consultation with Woodperfect was unprofessional. The designer met us at the newly framed house completely empty handed, no drawings, no photos, no samples. Fortunately we had previously met with another cabinet maker that provided professional design consultation and drawings, which we used to convey our desires to Woodperfect. After the initial meeting Woodperfect did provide a set of drawings. Final installation and assembly of the cabinets was unsatisfactory. We were told by the installer on the final day of installation ?that any problems we found would be corrected?. I did point out to him at that time a cabinet door panel that was not cut straight. After moving into our new house we started to find fit and finish problems. We have been in contact with Woodperfect Cabinets numerous times by phone and email over the past 10 months and have not received any onsite support, only excuses and false promises. Most of the problems we asked to have resolved are simple adjustments. Other poor craftsmanship problems we have chosen to live with. There are several drawer sets and cabinet doors where one drawer or door is ¼ ? wider or longer than the other. We were also charged for a few options that we did no ask for. We have been more than patient, over 10 months, to allow Woodperfect Cabinetry to resolve these issues.
