Review of Woodbridge Home Exteriors, window installation. Our experience with Woodbridge has been excellent, a 10 out of 10. All members of the Woodbridge team have been very informative and cordial. Rick S was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions completely and clearly. He was very helpful in picking out the specific windows to meet our requirements. He couldn't have been more helpful or nicer. Installation of 9 windows took only two days! Jim Sparks and Mike Sparks were expert installers. I monitored the installation and under Jim's direction was not only done to my complete satisfaction, he took the time to answer all my questions. In all aspects we had an excellent experience with the entire Woodbridge team, Thanks!

I set up an appointment with Daniel Brown, at the state fair of texas. I have an older home that needed a 4 panel custom french doors and a glass sliding door on the other side of the house. I recieved a phone call stating were entered to win something, and when I asked they had no idea of my appointment. So I reschedule for the second time and confirmed a time. Well I left work early on monday to see no one at my house. I called 20 minutes after my scheduled time and the lady said there was no appointment, and that I need to buy windows too so they will come out, because they do not make appointments just for doors. Huge waste of time, and very unprofessional.

I hope the windows don't wear out.

I had thirteen, triple pane windows put in. They did a great job, were on time, and cleaned up after themselves. I love my new windows; they're so easy to clean, and make the house look great. I would recommend Woodbridge to anyone.

I knew that we were paying a little more to go with Woodbridge than other companies, but the expectation was that they level of professionalism and quality would more than make up for it... Boy were we wrong. It started off bad when we just got a phone call out of the blue one morning from the installer saying he'll be there in 20 min. No scheduling, no call from the company saying we're ready to start, no coordination with us to even see if we'd be available. While I applaud the eagerness to get started, a professional company will call the customer before starting a project. When we finally did get everything worked out with the company to begin the project the siding installer was like something out of a comedy movie. Every word out of his mouth was a lie. From the time he would show up every day (every night he said he'd be there at 7:30 the next morning, he showed up between 10 and 11:30 every day.). To how late he'd work (said until dark, but cut out around 4-5 most days and didn't even show one day after spending 20 min convincing us he was coming). All of this without a single phone call. The project was quoted by both the sales person, the supervisor, and the installer as a 3-4 day job... It took 10 days to finish! I had to baby sit the installer. Luckily I work from home and was able to keep an eye on him. We had to call out the supervisor because the guy was just wrapping the old rotting wood even though they he knew and told us he wouldn't. When we called they told him to stop work until the supervisor could inspect. Amazingly, that was the only day he showed up at 7:30 and immediately started covering up all the stuff he did wrong. We called the company, they called him and told him again to stop. He told them he was tying down some loose items he was afraid would blow in the pool. There was no wind, they had all been secured well enough to leave over night, and he was cutting out rotten wood he had already wrapped. I'm fairly confident the door frame wasn't going to blow into the pool. The whole siding install went on like this. The finished product was good, but only because we baby sat the install making them fix all sorts of things and had a supervisor come out. The yard was left in a mess, grass is worn to death in several place (including the middle of my front yard) from where they set up equipment. We're still picking up pieces of plastic, metal, nails, and cigarette butts. We found over 20 nails in the driveway the morning after they finished the siding. The door installation was a completely different story. The team was professional, clean, and safe. The problem here was that Woodbridge ordered the wrong size door and it was too big for the opening. The install team spent an entire day cutting and grinding to get the opening big enough to fit the door. Once that was done we found the next issue. Woodbridge ordered the door with the wrong trim color. So they couldn't even finish the install. We had to wait over the weekend with exposed wood in rain and weather until later the next week when someone could come out and wrap it in the correct color. The finished product is good, we are happy with the final results, but for the price we paid, in no way was it worth the headache and pain we went through getting it installed. Even after the project was done, Woodbridge sent us the warranty packet with copies of all the paperwork, except they failed here as well, not even including the siding warranty, just the paperwork for the door. The lack of professionalism and customer care that this company showed left us incredibly disappointed. Communication was terrible, attention to detail was terrible, and they showed almost no consideration for the customer experience.

Sent in an email to contact us for a quote to replace windows in our house. They returned with a call from an 866 number. I received 4 calls in one day only one left a message I could understand. One message was just people laughing. I think they didn't disconnect in time. Lady said it is on a 2 hour cycle to keep calling. After telling her that I couldn't guarantee both homeowners would be available for the quote she said they wouldn't be able to come out. They have to have both people when the foreman comes out to do a quote. I think it would be great to have both but the company needs to realize that is not always possible.

They did a good job. Compared to the competition, they offered a three pane window as opposed to the two pane. There were three people here doing the work and it took about a half a day to complete.

Customer service agent (Monica) was not knowledgeable about services, got confused multiple times on the call and ultimately I decided it wasn't worthwhile to try for more information.

A Woodbridge representative (the estimator) called later in the day on 13 Mar 2014 and said that the company required my presence for the exterior estimate meeting the next day. My husband again stressed the point that I was not involved in any decisions regarding this property. After a few moments, my husband told the representative to, "pound sand". He was not going to do business with a company that used pressure tactics to generate business. We came into contact with Woodbridge Home Exteriors during a local Home and Garden Show.

2 days to do all but the storm door and replace the window with the incorrect deminsion. They cleaned up after themselves completely. They completely met my expectations and more. Windows are a lot of money. I had all the standard size windows replaced by another company. Based upon other estimates the cost was not out of line with what I was getting and the were able to actually do the work. Other companys came met with us and then told us they could not tackle that large a job due to the size and type of existing windows.

They windows were the best quality we could find. From sales to the installation everything was professional. We were so happy that we called them back to do our exterior siding/storm doors a few years later. Again, a beautiful job. Quality work and professional on every level, from sales to the installation crew. Everything was just as promised. No surprises-honest and upfront, including the financing. Highly recommend this company!

They are very good and conscientious. They live by their warranty. We were very pleased with the sales people and their follow up. We have had one or two things that needed repaired and they came out without any argument. I believe their warranty on their windows and siding are lifetime and is 100% transferrable. They have a great team that I would encourage other people to take advantage of. Without any reservations, I would have them back.

To begin with Woodbridge had the best sales pitch/demo of the three companies we considered. Woodbridge was very thorough, very detailed in their presentation and answered all our questions. They installed five double-hung windows and one slider window. All are triple-pane. One thing I like about Woodbridge is that they manufacture their own windows unlike the other two companies we considered. Each window has a serial number on it so if something happens and the window needs replacing you can just call and give them the serial number and they will make an exact replacement window. Another interesting point for them is that if we decide later to have other windows replaced we are guaranteed the same price as the original order no matter if its years later. If we move to a different house, the same deal applies. They also arrange financing so you don't have to pay the full amount right away. We did this on a seven-year plan with no pre-payment penalty in case we want to pay it off earlier. They only use installers on their staff, no free-lancers. They arrived on time and worked from 8AM until 2PM. Everything went smoothly. We live on a busy street and these triple-pane windows dramitically cut down the noise. It's too early to tell what the effect on the utility bills will be. One minor complaint; I wish they had cleaned the newly installed windows before they left.

They were awesome. They are very thorough. They were pretty quick on getting the windows measured and ordered. They did 11 windows in one day. So, they did the job very quickly.

Saw demonstration product at the State Fair of Texas on 10/20/11 and signed up for them to come to my house to give me an estimate. They called the next morning to set up an appointment. We agreed Saturday, the 22nd, was a good time for me, but then they REFUSED to set an appointment for that time because my WIFE could not be there at the same time. My wife is a student and works, so our schedules are difficult to synchonize, and she wasn't going to be a "decision maker" in this meeting anyway. Regardless, they would NOT set an appointment without her. I said "no thanks" and called back to talk to a manager who confirmed this policy. She said they didn't want to have to answer multiple questions from both spouses. They would not make an exception, so this company lost a potential sale over an extremely stupid policy. If you are interested in doing business with these folks, pretend to be "single" to get around this foolishness.

It went just as they said. It went perfectly.

After seeing the Woodbridge booth at an event, I signed up for an appointment call to answer some questions. They called within a couple of days and scheduled at my convenience late in the day. The rep was on time & quickly measured my house. Ater a brief sales discussion and price quote, he left. I told him I would not make a decision that evening and would get other quotes. Woodbridge, like Most companies use a sales approach I find annoying - "The special deal if you let us put a sign in your yard" and "we only have a limited number of these offers available". It may be true, but I don't like it. The reason I did not consider Woodbridge is that I did not think their product to be right for my application. Nothing against their company or product.

They were prompt and straight up without trying to up sale us. They looked at our windows and gave us a quote. They gathered all of the information they needed in a timely manner and contacted us within the same day with the quote.
