Description of Work: We were approached by a couple who wanted to buy our condo. They made us an offer we thought was pretty good. We were going to accept it so naturally we were out looking at homes on Sundays. We met Wesley Heath one afternoon at an open house and were discussing some details with him. After talking to him for about 30 minutes, we realized we might not have thought everything through. We waited until four that day and then asked him if he would meet and look at our offer more closely. Wesley agreed and later that day met us at our home. He read it and we showed him around. He called the buyers and 2 hours later he had renegotiated our contract and made us a lot more money.
