+ -1 moreWe moved out for a few days while the work went on. The work was completed on time, and all of the debris from the old system was completely removed. The new system is more efficient, and the heating and cooling is more evenly balanced than before.
Description of Work: He worked with us to select a new Heater and air conditioner that would be the proper size for our home. He and his crew removed the old system and installed the new furnace, condenser, evaporator coil. Duct work was also completely redone.

+ -1 moreMr. Ward is a consummate professional. He provides detailed explanations of what he is doing and options for possible upgrades or replacements to the AC system.
Description of Work: Air Conditioner was not cooling properly and was freezing up. Mr. Ward came out, cleaned condensor coil, and recharged the freon. (This price also included plumbing work that he performed on 5/21/10 to help us when our water lines were blocked.)
