.this lady drove us all over dallas looking at dumps to what the h*** people were thing when they put it on market. she spend alot of time working very hard to find us the right home. it was so funny, it was seating right under our noises. the listing agent priced the home to high for the area.. it was on the mrket for four years. seller had done alot of improvements to it. No takes. angela said let just look at it. i t been on the market for over 400 days, just let us see. oh my god the house was a dream and would work with so little to bruce it up. thinking in the back of my mine there no way we can aforrd this. But this lady is a smart cookie and knows her stuff. She got us the house for 30 thousand cheapier. And it's my dream home now. I know you make never need a realtor in your life or every read this.Look this lady up at all cost. she will work wonder for you and hold your hand. The entire process was so easy and pleasant for me. I moved to Dallas from Detroit, Michigan due to a job transfer and had so many things I had to worry about and take care of in addition to finding a new home; I dreaded what I thought would be a lengthy ordeal of finding the perfect home and put it off to the last minute. Angie, Dee Dee, and Jeff were wonderful, they put me at ease and took care of everything. I sent Angie a list of features I required in my new home as well as a list of features I would not accept and gave her a list of the areas I wanted to consider. Within a couple of hours I received a list of homes, along with pictures of all of them, in my e-mail inbox to consider. I chose 10 to look at. Angie scheduled showings for all of them on one day (as I requested). I met Angie, Dee Dee, and Jeff at the office and they showed me the first eight homes, but I had already settled on the fourth one we looked at so they canceled the showings for the remaining two and we wrote an offer on the one I wanted. An hour later while we were all at a well-deserved dinner break, they received a call that my offer, which I made using Jeff's guidance, had been accepted. Amazingly, between Friday morning and Friday evening I went from no real idea where I wanted to live to becoming a home owner. I am very pleased with The Jeff Ferguson Group at Virginia Cook Realtors and very highly recommend them. I have since moved into my new home and have wonderful neighbors and am very happy with my home and the area. Great job guys!
