Excellent. Rick is a very easy guy to work with. Knowledgeable of all aspects of installation. His services included moving existing furniture out and moving back in after install. His crew came in on time, finished on schedule. The entire project took 2 weeks.

I had just purchased a house and needed the floors repaired in a few places, and sanded/refinished before moving in. Rick showed up very soon after I called and was very knowledgable and professional. He sent me a fair price quote within a couple of hours, and his crew began work the very next day. They showed up on time and worked hard all day until late that evening. They showed up early the day after that and finished the job. Rick stopped by a couple of times to make sure everything was going well and that I was satisfied. The floors look amazing and the job was done fast. I couldn't be more happy. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Overall A Plus Company all over the board.. Very clean crew respected my home the work they provied was high quality ,Rick the owner would come and check the quality to insure that i was completely satisfied and ask for final payment until job was 100% to my standards.

Awesome working with Rick and his crew , i had hired another contractor that just did a terrible job on my floors didn't think my floor's could be saved. Venetian gave me a price didn't asked for any money down unyill my floors got completed excellent service and awesome work.

The Process was very easy and Rick did explain all the steps to the job . Our floors are beautiful the crew was very professional and on time thru out the project. I would definitely used them agian neighbors stopped by and also said the same thing about how beautiful our floors looked.

It went really well. He brought a show room to the house making the selection process very easy. We were very happy with their service. They were on time, and completed the job exactly the way they said they would. They were very professional and cleaned up when they were done.

They completely re-did a section of my wood stairs. They fixed what could not be done by someone else that had been to my house 4 other times. All the workers were professional and courteous. They picked up before they left. I most definitely would use them again.
