Extremely disappointing. Matt Murray originally was hired to design a backyard pool, very tradition rectangle pool. On our first meeting we told him what our vision and space needs were. On the second meeting he brought his plans for us to review, let me also say it was a 3,000.00 design fee and would be waived if his company did the install, when he opened the plan it was not at all what we had discussed with him. At that time I told him I was not going to pay for some over designed plan that was not even close to the specs we had given him. He understood and said no problem he would design what we asked for which he did after his third try and I was pleased with and agreed he could do the pool install. So along comes the bill for $3,000.00 for the design which was to be waived if we used him.....guess he forgot, we paid the fee. We tell him what our budget is and he agrees to go over it with us and cut some cost out. Back and forth with him over the budget and finally get the finished budget along with the contract and all parties sign to it. They would hire all subs handle all payments and lien waivers and his wife would be the project manager and we were assured she would be here at all times. She wasn't. So his subs come out to remove our large tree and all goes well. Then come the subs to do some concrete saw cutting and removal, they come out first day and do not have the right equipment, they leave to return the next day, never showed again until my husband calls at the end of the week to ask what happened, yes our project manager who would be here at all times new absolutely nothing about it. So the subs show up again on the weekend and can not finish again because of not having the right equipment, we are assured they will be back Monday, that's right no subs are here Monday, and again we have to call our project manager, at this time we have become the project management team but not getting the benefit of the 18%. Finally they bring out about 9 guys and a backhoe tear up the yard, the part that's not even involved in the pool area and damage thier backhoe only to leave it in my backyard for three days while some mechanic brings his tools and sits in my backyard trying to fix the backhoe. Along comes the bill and it is doubled from what we agreed to and what the contract stated. When we call our "project manger" she lies and says oh yeah Matt told your husband it would cost this...which I respond not he did not and we have no change order to show the increase. At which time she says we will let my husband and Matt discuss. I told my husband at this time the trust is completely gone, we had had an early problem with Matt and the budget at which time he said to me "you never oversell your customers" I responded no and that's why our business is so well respected within our community. So when my husband calls to tell Matt that he is not happy with this bill Matt responds "Well maybe you should get someone else"...my husband tells him that's a good idea and your fired....at which time Matt starts to stutter and realized he had lost the job. We have moved on to a different pool contract and the process is night and day different, we are getting the beautiful pull we wanted and there have been no hidden fees, charges, problems all is running smooth. I will review this company when all is done. And a finale note we did retain a lawyer to deal with this problem.....Think twice before using Unique Creations.

They do landscape design and the turnkey as well. They implement all the work and stuff. They set up your landscape with another company and then they participate in that. They come out once a month to take a look at what?s happening and they monitor the plants. They make sure that everything is done smoothly. If needed, they also advice changing the irrigation system to make things better. I like their attentiveness and creative design.
