Great! They got out stains that were in the carpet for years.

A couple of vents were not put back, some areas debris that came out of the ducts were not cleaned up

Travis and Stephen did an outstanding job. Making the appointments was easy and could be scheduled quickly. Stephen came out to clean the carpets. He was on time and pleasant. He got right to work and did a thorough job. A few days later, Travis came to do the stretching. It looks great. It was a very pleasant experience, and I would recommend them highly.

The job preformed was awesome. Stephan got out almost all of the red stains. I couldn't believe how much he got out. My carpets and love seat were super clean. Live the job they did.

I was very impressed with the promptness and courtesy of the technician that came to my home. Setting up the appointment was easy. They came on time and explained what they were going to do and told me what extra could be done but did not push me to accept. I did accept the extra scrubbing for the hallway which was extremely dirty. It came out beautifully. All the rugs look like new now. I will definitely use them again.

Travis was awesome to work with on the phone and even figured out a way to help me last minute! I called in a rush to get my carpets cleaned before putting my house on the market, and he was very professional and accommodating. The technician, Stephan, was prompt, professional, and got the job done a little quicker than originally anticipated. Some of the carpet in my home is older and it looks fantastic after the work was done by Ultra Clean Floor Care.

Those were the nicest 2 men! We had not done it for about 20 years. It was really dirty and awful. I felt bad for them having to do it. Travis was very helpful and knowledgeable and when we had particles coming out of the vent later he was on top of it and told us what to do and how to handle. We will definitely hire him again when we clean the vents in the next couple of years. In fact, I'll hire them for other work they do!

I was unable to make the first appointment and we rescheduled which went very easy and was able to be done quickly. The service was very professional and quickly cleaned all the ducts and vent. I was informed of the condition of the ducts and vents and how much cleaning was done. The work wrapped up ahead of schedule due to the small size of the condo being cleaned. I was very satisfied with the service and would hire again.

I'm very pleased with the service. We have used Ultra Clean twice, and probably have to use again as we have two aging, anxiety-prone dogs who like to leave a mess wherever they go. We had one large urine stain in particular that I thought for sure would be there forever, but he was able to get it up and you would never know that it had been there. He is very thorough and definitely knows his stuff.

Great, process thoroughly explained to me and he even followed up asking if I needed a new filter made that was missing and not a standard size I could buy. I will definitively use them again.

I saw him doing a job on another apartment and when I asked if he could clean mine he did it on the spot!! :)

Ultra Clean Floor Care came out cleaned our air ducts and carpet. They did an outstanding job. Ive been having issues with allergies. Travis explained what could be causing it. He used a camera to check and sure enough thers was dust in the lines. Once removed they dissinfected the ducts. I immediately noticed a big difference in air quality and my allergies are gone. Use Ultra Clean youll be glad you did.

This is my 3rd time using Ultra Clean Floor Care. I called to have my carpets cleaned because I noticed that my carpets was getting soiled around the edges of the carpet. There was move dust in my apt. was more than normal. They came out and noticed that my duct work was full of dust. That this was the kulprit to why it was more dusty in the house and the edges of the carpet was soiling. Ultra Clean used a camera to go in and look at one of the lines. You could see the dust. They cleaned each one of the air duct vents, and then the return duct line. Awesome equipment. There was a brush that was connected to a hose that was connected to a big machine. It was remote controlled spinning in and out of the lines. Once they was complete, the technician ran the camera back through the line and the ducts was clean. Problem solved. Then they fogged the line killing bacteria, mold, mildew, and any odors that might be present. It smelled so good. I had to by the can they sprayed in the lones from them. Highly recommend. Carpets look amazing too.

Travis came out to my rental. It would take extensive measures to clean and sanitize [right down to removing carpet, tossing urine soaked pad, sanitizing subfloor, laying new pad, re-stretching existing carpet, then cleaning it hoping the stains would come out. After financial consideration, the @ $869.00 cost to clean properly and reset current carpet was not as feasible as laying new. Thank you Travis for being so honest with me and after this new carpet goes thru the next tenant lease, I'll have you over to clean it! Thank you again, you are a good soul! Pet stains are completely gone and carpets look and smell very nice. The best cleaning I have had regarding the removal of the pet stains made by our dog. Stains had been accumulating in the carpet for a year but their chemicals removed them completely. Very good job.
