 + -1 moreThey sent a letter advising us of disconnect and in order to have the service reinstated we would need to bring our account to zero with a $25.00 payment along with a reconnection fee of $44.00. I sent them a check for $69.00 following the details in the letter. Then on the phone, they advised my 88 yr old aunt we owed an additional $38.00 to be reconnected. They tried to take advantage of her. They offered terrible service and we ended it immediately. They then told us we would receive our $44.00 back, but it would take 35-45 business days. I don't understand the length of time this will take.
Description of Work: My aunt and I have our service with them.
