He is amazing! His working is clean and unnoticeable, which is hard because we have almost flush mounted windows on stucco!

Description of Work: I cannot say enough positive things to tell you how great Tom is! He came out and basically figured out where all different sorts of leaks are coming from throughout my house. He then repaired them. This includes caulking windows, roof leaks...everything. I wish I'd had him out when I first bought my home. It would have saved me a great deal of time and money!! He's excellent and I totally recommend him. Plus, he gave me the name of other providers for work I needed done.

Tom did a great job and did not try to sell me on work that did not need to be done. He was hard to get in touch with--left a few messages. But I am very pleased with his work.
