Description of Work: The provider installed a new water heater for us through a contract with Sears. They performed the install well according to contract. However they did not remove the old water heater in two weeks as promised. Itt ook three phone calls and one full year for them to return to remove the old water heater. To their credit though, they responded immediately to the final phone call and came out the next day to haul away the old water heater.

Description of Work: Logan showed us several properties and quickly assessed what we were looking for (even before we knew). Logan is very professional and courteous and a pleasure to work with.
