The master bath/shower was not well cleaned. The rest of the house was fine.

We were pleased with the service overall; the only comment is that the time was not what was originally scheduled, so we arrived home before the service was complete. This was not a deal-breaker by any means.

I agree with overall reviews. B for cleaning, B for value. I wanted a "DEEP" cleaning as I'm listing my home for sale. It wasn't really any better than my weekly crew and 3 x the price. VERY nice ladies did the work.

LaTosha is very intelligent, friendly and fast worker. Prompt to keep you informed of her arrival since weather was terrible. A pretty good clean. Is best to look things over, some details missed that I asked for. I believe she is a detailed worker, just the day was trying at best. Overall though I plan to hire her again.

Very dissappointe. Scheduled 1:30-2:30 arrival time then changed from 2:30- 3:30 didn't show up until 4:30. They worked 3 hrs. Was quoted $130 per hr and was charged $552.08. My calculations show $390.00. I feel something should have been taken off considering they ruined one of my candle holders. Set our alarm off because they knocked the monitor off the wall and knocked my decoration that has been up on my wall for 13 years without any problem. The staff came into an english speaking home and only spoke spanish. I feel that is very unprofessional.

I think they charge a lot. It is about 4200 sq feet. There is usually three or four of them, so it takes an hour to 2 hours. I think it was a younger crew. They left the things from the nightstand on the bed. In the kitchen the appliances they used weren't put away.

They are professional. Ive been using them for a year and a half. Im sticking with them, i haven't found a better option.

Cleaning service is good, but the responsiveness from the office has become problematic of late.

They've done a great job for me for more than 10 years. I would recommend them highly. my house is over 4500 sq ft so it is a big job!

The first time they came out and did deep cleaning, it was great. I had them come back a week later and I was not impressed. The next crew that came out was different and they were not friendly. The quality was okay. It was expensive.

Went well at first. They were detailed and thorough initially but as time went on, they became complacent and lax. The same crew came every two weeks. Like any service that is worked by the same people, they get less detailed as time goes on. Also, they were overpriced for the market. You pay for the name and overhead

Women seemed to be interested in other things. Work was sloppy.

The team of 4 arrived right on time with all of the supplies needed for the cleaning. It was a big job because the house was covered with construction dust from wood floors that we had installed and refinished. After a quick tour of the house they got right to work. I was impressed the way they used a dry paintbrush to brush the dust from the wood shutters before they wiped them down. It did take an hour longer than they originally quoted to finish, so I didn't bother to do a final walkthrough. After they left I noticed that whoever was in charge of dusting the staircase only dusted the inside part of the spindle base area and not the outside part. Because it was late and my movers were coming early the next morning to deliver my furniture and boxes, I opted to clean that area myself (which actually took me over an hour to clean?lots of banister area with overlooks to the first floor). Upon move in and organization of my kitchen I also found a few drawers and cabinets that hadn't been wiped out like they were supposed to be, but being in the middle of unpacking I opted to clean those areas myself too. A few days later the owner called me to see if I was satisfied with the quality of cleaning that the team did. I told her about the missed areas and she offered to send someone back out to reclean them, but I declined since I had already done it myself. She also told me that they were refunding the amount I paid for the extra hour of cleaning, which was a very pleasant surprise. I told her that it wasn't necessary because it really was a big job with the construction dust everywhere, but she insisted on the refund and told me that a supervisor had stopped by to assess the home and thought that the team should have had it done in the 4 hours that they quoted. Plus, the fact that it wasn't done properly in some areas, led them to believe that some members of the cleaning team weren't working fast enough or thoroughly enough, so I deserved the refund. All in all I was very pleased with the services that they provided and felt assured that they stand by their work and are willing to come back out if needed. I would definitely recommend using them!

The first cleaning....the big one GREAT!!!! The crew came in on time and cleaned my house from top to bottom. GREAT JOB!

They are great. We have been using them probably a year. They do a good job, they are not too expensive, and they are pretty good at scheduling, they work around your schedule. They do a good job, their price is okay, and they come when they say they are going to come.

At the end of the hour they were packed and ready to go. The lady I had talked to schedule the service said I would be charged by the minute if it took more than the one hour. They told me one of the commodes would have to replaced because there was rust in the very bottom and could not be cleaned. Also there was still a lot of burnt on crud around two of the burners and could not be cleaned in the hour and anything they used would scratch the porcelain. So the crew left without finishing the job. When they left I went to the store and bought two pumice stones, less than $1 each, and had the commode cleaned in a very short period of time. The stove took a little longer but it was cleaned also. Pumice will not scratch porcelain. What cleaning service does not carry or even know about pumice stones. No, I would not use them again and I would not recommend them to anyone.

4 Maid crew showed up right on time and were ready to work. In two hours they cleaned 2 bathroom and 5 rooms. They dusted and vacuumed the baseboards, cleaned ledges, fans, and blinds. Overall, they did a decent job of cleaning, but not very detailed in their work. I did appreciate their punctuality and responsiveness to what needed to be cleaned, but are definitely overpriced for what you receive. Here is a list of things I found that were sub-par: -Top portion of some tall blinds weren't dusted -2 return air vents were missed or not well cleaned -master bathroom shower was not well cleaned (lots of dirt, grime, and black stuff left over.) I'm sure there are a couple other things my wife found, but that was the biggest complaints that I remember. I will say they were well organized and followed directions very well. If I was more through and double checked their work before leaving I have no doubt they would of fixed the issues I've found. If you do use The Maids, i'd recommend double checking and following up with their lead to make sure it is cleaned to your satisfaction. Personally, I will be using a different service the next time.

The Maids of DFW was probably the best decision I could have made. From the moment I sent a question over Angie's List, they responded almost instantly and were patient to walk me through every aspect of their Deep Clean process and commitment to performing quality work. When the team arrived, I was greeted by professionals which is such a refreshing change when dealing with a maid service. I had a team of four come into my home and they instantly went to work. Up until The Maids, I had never seen any maid service clean with such passion and speed. They took such a personal interest in my home, they cleaned it as good as I would. They worked fast, hard and provided QUALITY! When they were finally done, they walked through every room with me and ensured I was 100% satisfied. How often does that happen?!? I was so impressed I am now a monthly customer. If you need to have a good deep clean of your home, I highly recommend using The Maids.
