They come every 2 weeks.

The crew was exactly on time, did a very thorough cleaning, from upstairs to down.

The job was done very well. They were fast and efficient.

The ladies arrived on time with all their own supplies, vaccuum and mops. There were 4 of them. They split up betweenthe first floor and the second floor. I could not have asked more from them. They worked very hard and very carefully. They were very polite and didn't hesitate to ask about something if there was a questions about what to do. Before they left, they had me walk around the house to make sure everything was good. I would not hesitate to use The Maids again. It was obvious that it was very important to them that I was happy. They even made a follow up call to ask again if I was pleased. Thank to Carmen, Mary, and her girls.

Team of 4 came & cleaned house top to bottom - cleaning floors on homes knees, wiping down all flat surtaxes.

The estimate and scheduling went quickly and easily. The service arrived promptly. They were courteous, thorough and efficient.

Company great on sales but average on service/cleaning. Companies deep clean is an average clean to me.

The Maids were astonishing! I met four team members and the team leader at my door (on time) who were ready with supplies and cleaning equipment. Within seconds, they went to work. In 2 1/2 hours they did what I could not have done in 2 1/2 months! It was with every penny and it was a great relief for my allergies. Not only was it spotless but the cleaning products they used had no scent.

They come and do a deep cleaning of everything. They have two crews one or the other comes out. They do a real good job and if you have any issues they do that. We will continue to use them.

They were early! This was fine. 4 people worked non-stop until they were all done. They were polite and professional. The house looked great.

Wow! I can't believe how beautiful my house looks. Shutters, dusting under the bed -amazing. I have never had a cleaning service look so good not to mention incredibly friendly, kind and understanding to a mom having a bad day! Thank you!

They arrived on time, cleaned everywhere, were friendly, pleasant, thorough. For the major cleaning job they don't rush...everythign from floor and carpet to ceiling fan blades and walls. Phone contact before and after to confirm. Payment options available; credit card or check....

The lady that I talked to was very nice. I thought the price, of $80 an hour, was a little ridiculous.

I had a back injury in February that inhibited my ability to clean my home. After searching Angies list I selected The Maids for an estimate. My call was returned promptly and we set a time and date for a walk through of my home. I was very pleased with the professionalism of the lady who gave the estimate, and relieved that she would also return and participate on cleaning day. (I have used other cleaning services in the past, and definitely felt a disconnect from the estimator and the ladies who actually performed the service). I am really astonished at the very superb job these ladies did for me. They cleaned things another service refused to touch - even dusting my dishes I use once a year at the holidays. I would like to check A+++ on the rating!

Price turned out to be astronomical,$320.00 to be exact. I ended up doing everything they would have done plus a great deal more.I took about three hours.No one needs to pay over $100.00 an hour for maid service.. An attempt at a total rip was unsuccessfully made

they were on time, curteous and very thorough. They told me one price at the end and I paid per check but then they debited my card for an additional charge due to a math error on their part. I wasn't too happy about that.

Irma and her crew have been cleaning our house for about a month and each and every time they do an outstanding job. Very thorough and great attention to the details that make a big difference. She deals with our two dogs extremely well and she does not leave until everything sparkles! Thank you Irma!

Because my mother-in-law was in the hospital and my time was limited - I asked the Maids to do as much as they could in 1.5 hours. They worked so hard and did a wonderfully thorough job. Wish I could afford them every week!

A 3-person team showed up between the hours quoted & immediately went to work. They did a super thorough cleaning. They moved & cleaned under furniture, dusted baseboards, dusted mini-blinds, cleaned the glass front door as well as the usual vacuuming of the entire house all in about 2 hours. The bathrooms & tile were sparkling. The laminate floors have never looked better. The crew was very friendly, professional and hard working. A commitment for monthly cleaning would be less expensive, but still out of my reach. Although I certainly wish I could have this group every month.

I looked The Maid's of Garland up on Angie's List! Good reviews. Filled out a questionnaire on there web page. The owner (Glen) called me that day and left a message. When I called back spoke to the secretary (Carmen). Have your questions ready because she's quick. Set up and appointment with Carmen. The Maids came the day I scheduled. They did a walk through and price obtained. They cleaned from the time they got there till they left. Wore shoe protectors and brought there own cleaning supplies and equipment. Very impressed. The price for the deep clean was 215.00 for the first time. Then the maintenance price will be 120.00 every two weeks. I have a 2010 square foot house with 2 kids, me and hubby and no pets.

They do a top-to-bottom cleaning of the house and they do a real good job. They pay attention to details and their price is fair.

Like many airline announcers, the lady answering the phone spoke in a high-pitched voice a mile-a-minute so I had to ask her to repeat several times. She promised to call on Monday to verify the Tuesday appointment, she never did. I waited all day. She did call on Tuesday and said they would be at the house between noon and 1:00 pm. The crew of four came and stayed about an hour. Although my carpet, vinyl floors, counter tops, sinks, and basins were new and clean, they cleaned them anyway. The crew did clean the blinds, light fixtures, and high places that I could not reach.

They use all eco friendly products and they bring everything. I never have to get out a single supply. They show up on time and they wear booties on their shoes when they walk around. They use all hepa air filters on the back pack vacuums they use. They are flexible with scheduling and very accommodating with my schedule. Other service providers would require me to have all of the products that they use and this provider does not which represents a significant savings to me.
