Description of Work: General move in cleaning. Asked to start with refrigerator and cabinets. Also asked that edges of carpets and wall get a thorough attention Four ladies and two hours of work got the job done. Each one had a separate task. All cleaning supplies were provided Would rehire.

Description of Work: The Maids have been providing cleaning services at my home for approximately 6 months. They occasionally do an acceptable job, but their service is inconsistent overall, hence their F rating. They seem to focus more on folding the toilet paper rolls in the house and placing stickers with "The Maids" on the toilet paper to keep it folded. They should be focusing on their overall quality of work. They are consistently bad at changing sheets and making the beds. Too often, they place the sheets and blankets unevenly on the bed, effectively short sheeting one side of the bed or the other. I have brought this issue to their attention at least six times in the past two months. Each time they assure me that it will not happen again, and each time, it happens again. On the back of their flyer they leave in the home after each visit is their satisfaction guarantee. It states " We'll happily come back and clean any area you're unhappy with. That's our 24-hour, 100% satisfaction guarantee." Finally, after they short sheeted the top sheet on the right and the blanket on the left side of the master bedroom's bed, I contacted them the next business day to complain and have them come back and remake the bed. They did not return my call, did not come back and remake the bed hence they did not honor their guarantee. Speaking with them about this before they next service, they stated they were sorry for the reoccurring issue and again promised they would correct the situation. The next day, they again cleaned the house and again short sheeted the sides of the bed. The top sheet hung four inches off the right side of the mattress and 24 inches of the left side of the bed. Obviously, they seem incapable of making a bed with the sheets and blankets placed evenly on the bed. So to summarize, their service is: 1. Inconsistent quality of work. 2. They seem incapable of even attempting to correct issues brought to their attention. 3. Do not honor their 100% satisfaction guarantee. With all this, I have to question the validity of all they "A" ratings they seem to receive.
