Not good at all. I was told I would not get my asking price on day one. I was told everything wrong with my property and why I needed to list at a lower price for a "quick sale". I contacted Candie Hernandez and not only sold my house at asking price but sold it in less than 60 days. Don't believe the "quick sale" hype, call Candie Hernandez to sell your home at market value.
