+ -1 moreI did not use them since the price was too high. They did not come out or anything. I think they quoted me $10 for a window side so a single window would cost me $40 which is outside the storm window, inside the storm window, outside the house window, inside of the house window and that was high. I don’t remember waiting for other estimates they were responsive as they gave me the estimate immediately, they were not rude or nasty only the price was too much. I did feel annoyed with anybody while talking over the phone.
Description of Work: I received an estimate over the phone from The Clear Choice for cleaning the windows.

glass repair, window cleaning
+ 0 moreWent well - called Laurence Reeves, owner of The Clear Choice, friendly and helpful - came to house and gave quote - made appt. to return and clean windows - was running a little late and called to tell me - came in with a helper and cleaned windows inside/out quickly and efficiently. While he was here - I noted he replaced windows as well - we had 8 windows with some fog problems - Laurence made appt. to return for estimate and we agreed on price. He sent a worker to replace the windows - he didn't finish on first visit but returned a few days later and completed the job. Lauence made a special visit to inspect work and make sure I was happy with it.
Description of Work: Interior/exterior windows washed on home - included visit for estimate and return trip to clean windows - $140.00 Replaced 8 windows - visit for estimate - two trips to complete project - $785.00

Description of Work: Windows required storm windows to be removed and cleaned. Laurence worked us in so that we could surprise a friend with newly cleaned windows when she returned from MD Anderson. Windows were very dirty and had not been cleaned in a long time. Great job - very thorough. Thank you! We will use you again.

+ 0 moreThey fit me into their schedule at the last minute, arrived promptly, wore booties when they came in the home and didn't trample the plants outside. Their truck and equipment is clean and in good shape. Professional demeanor and appearance. Everything was quite sparkly when they were finished.
Description of Work: Cleaned all exterior windows, screens, tracks of a 2-story home (30+ windows) and the interior windows, I could not reach because they were too high up (25' ceilings). They also cleaned a skylight about 20' high and it took about 3 hours.

+ -1 moreAll windows (15) and glass doors (3) were beautifully cleaned, inside and out. All tracts were cleaned and screens were as well. All of the soffits (eaves) were very dirty and covered with spider webs and wasp nests. They are now spotless, including those around the bonus room on the second floor! Laurence and Dana did a great job.
