Texas Xeroscapes

The extreme weather over the past couple of years had severely damaged my back bed landscaping. In addition, the grass and weeds had taken over. Texas Xeroscapes was hired to develop a landscaping plan that used more heat and draught tolerant plantings. Dennis Luczycki developed a creative plan that included river rock and large stones to add interest to the beds. I was not willing to give up my chainlink fencing between the driveway and the yard, so he added a couple of vines that will grow along the fence. They cleaned the beds of the grass and weeds and reworked the beds. They installed the plantings, installed a new updated sprinkler controller and new heads throughout the entire yard, and mulched. Dennis continued to maintain the beds coming by periodically to monitor the watering and take care of any grass and weeds that came back. He guaranteed the plantings through next summer to ensure that all the plantings are viable. It looks fantastic. I could not be more pleased with my experience dealing with Dennis and Texas Xeroscapes. He listened to my needs and ideas for the beds and provided a great plan. His price was in line with what I expected. Landscaping is not cheap. I plan to use him again to make some changes to my front beds.
