Founder and owner Dylan Snider began Texas Select Fencing with the determination to set his company apart in the industry by providing a quality product at a fair price, conducting business with honesty and integrity, and providing service that would meet or exceed the expectations of his customers. Todd was our sales rep, easy to reach, and explained the detailed quote, options, and work needs to be done. We took approx. 4-5 different quotes from other companies; Texas Select fencing is best in all competitive pricing, quality of work, flexible, and quick response. Todd helped us to make the right decision and reviewed the modification of the order quickly. Jenny could able to schedule our project based on our convenience. It took three days to complete the work, that is because of the rainy days. The Crew leader, Ricky, is skilled, punctual, hilarious, and respectable. They are master in their work. We are very satisfied with the work.

Todd- our sales rep.. Showed up on time and gave a very detailed quote and description. After having a few quotes taken, I felt that Texas Select Fencing would be best for our new fence project. They were upfront about any changes or additions that needed to be made ahead of time which was very nice to know. Crew showed up on time and was very respectable of my property. They showed up and finished the build within 3 days and I am very satisfied with the work. Highly recommend!

We LOVE our new fence (wrought iron)! Excellent service and responsiveness from this company. The price was thousands$$ lower than we thought it would be for our project. The complete installation was done in one day, the installers were very detailed to make everything perfect. We are thrilled that we chose Texas Select fencing!

Took them months to finish a small 15 foot fence. I had to continually call and follow up. They left water bottles and garbage. After they finally finished months late, I received no apologies and a threat to pay in 1 business day after invoice or a lien would be filed. They had just terrible customer service. Down right jerks!

Response from Texas Select Fencing
Hi Andi, your contract was signed and dated by you on June 22nd 2023, your fence was installed July 19th, and your fence was stained September 22nd. Our normal process for fence staining is to let the wood dry 4-6 weeks before we stain so the wood takes the stain correctly. Your fence was stained 8 weeks after install After we completed your project you were upset and weren’t accepting of my apology or of any explanation. After you were threatening to not pay the final invoice due because you didn’t like our customer service I explained to you what would happen if you did not pay, we would have to file a lien on your property. This is what happen when you don’t pay your bills. Might I also add that you had no complaints of our quality, only our customer service when the final bill was due. We don’t give out 50% discounts because we stained your fence 2 weeks later than our normal timeline. Filling a lien on someone is not something we take lightly, or would ever want to do, but after the project was complete you were super rude and not understanding at all, you threatened our company by saying you would tell the “mayor” and everyone you know if I didn’t give you a 50% discount. This stunt didn’t work for you since you did pay your bill after I told you we would have to file a lien if you were going to continue to not pay.
